View was great, rooms was comfy.

Our room had a gulf view and it was beautiful! Location was great.

We have a family of 5 and they gave us a double queen room (per their suggestion). My 10 year old had to sleep on the floor because they "couldn't" bring a rollaway in the room due to "law". Other downside was the breakfast. We were finishing grabbing out breakfast from the buffet and they just shut off the lights and started to tear down at 9:55. It felt quite rude. And lastly, I searched for hotels by "beachfront" and booked this hotel based on that. It was actually the first hotel to come up in results based on my search but it is not beachfront. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach access down the street.

Wonderful stay for our anniversary weekend, right on Clearwater beach.
Pros:

Right in the action at Clearwater beach… walking distance to restaurants and Pier 60 and right on the beach!
The pool is very well situated on the 6th floor level…great view “over the edge” of the water.
Our gulf front room was slightly dated but comfortable. It was nice sitting on our deck with the beautiful gulf view.
We were allowed to park in the garage prior to our check in, which was so great!
Jimmy’s on the rooftop had great views and good burgers.

Pros:

Cleanliness. Mason stated a few restaurants that we visited. Check out was a bit backwards front desk girl did not perform the requested suggestions of payment. Also requested resort fees to be reimbursed unsuccessful.

Cons:

There was absolutely no whirlpool or hot tub considering Florida is cool at night that would have made it awesome. Have an area of late night snacks.

The location was perfect. Parking was easy. We were able to park in the ramp very close to our room. Great view from our balcony.
