Huone oli kaunis ja siisti. Hotelli oli rauhallinen ja hiljainen.
Henkilökunta ja aamupala olivat parhaimmistoa!

Kyllä karjalaiset pitopalvelun hallitsee. Ihana aamiainen todellakin vaihtelua iänikuiseen prinssinakit, kärvnnetyt pekonit ja koppurat coctail-piirakat -valikoimaan.

Pros:

Hieman erilainen hyvällä tavalla. Jäätelöä! Mustikkarahkaa! Leivät hyviä.

Cons:

Aamiainen oli sekavasti ja ahtaasti sijoitettu. Joku olisi voinut olla ohjaamassa ihmisiä muihin pisteihin etteivät suotta odota jonottamassa leipäpisteeseen ulos asti jonottaen. Tiskiä pöydistä voisi kerätä henkilökunta.

Pros:

Location was good. And breakfast was nice -many options available

Cons:

We had a superior room, but it was just an average room. It was okay, but definitely not superior in any way. The reception staff were very unfriendly. They even questioned why I needed a receipt, which I found unprofessional and unnecessary. On a positive note, the breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming.
