Great & looking forward to be back here.
Pros:

The buffet breakfast was great staff are very helpful & professional. The place was very accessible where ever you want to go. Great Hospitality Service.

Cons:

The key card was always a problem every time we went out and get back to the room key card was not working. We need to go down at the front desk for them to manually open the room.

Cons:

Couldn't pay my bill with my credit card. We ate in the dinning room. Have to he honest, we were not impressed with our meal. Breakfast was disappointing based on our previous stay.

Would not stay again
Pros:

It was a standard room there was nothing special about it

Cons:

- we had to pay an extra 500php for the generator. I would assume that electricity is already part of the package that I had pay for
- the breakfast was so so
- there was visible mould by the bed
- no lift

Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable.
Pros:

I really like the way the staff treats us and as this is our first time in Bicol,they make our stay very comfortable.
The location is perfect,near to everything.
And Mayon will always say hello every morning when we woke up.

La ubicación y el desayuno

Cons:

Teníamos que hacer el check out a las 4:00AM, informamos en recepción que sería sobre esta hora, y el chico que había en recepción cuando llegó el momento no sabía muy bien cómo hacerlo, y estuvimos un poquito de tiempo ahí perdido, que llegamos justos al aeropuerto. Pero por lo demás todo genial

Overnight Stay @ Emerald Boutique Hotel.
Pros:

Accessibilty of the hotel to the venue of the event I attended last night. Staffs are so accomodating and always wearing big smiles. Foods served during breakfast were pretty good. The dining hall was fine. Clean and conducive for meal time. All in all I like the place and worth recommending. The price is a bit high. Anyway, this is my second time and looking forward for more stay.

Cons:

The tv or cable network was not functioning,but they put in on the inclusion. Quite misleading. The.A/C was a bit noisy. And worst the internet connection inside the room is so weak.
