Semplicemente eccezionale
Pros:

Tutto perfetto in armonia con il territorio e la Cappadocia. Colazione deliziosa, preparata quotidianamente. Posizione perfetta per ammirare il paesaggio e le mongolfiere all'alba grazie ad un rooftop a 360°. Distante pochi passi dal centro di Göreme. Personale davvero gentile, disponibile e simpaticissimo. Soggiorno perfetto.

Beautiful, comfortable and clean with friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Despite the beautiful rooftop, there were no evening cocktails, or food served. The good thing is there’s rooftop restaurants and happy hour very close by.

Pros:

The balcony was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and they were even so kind to upgrade our room! Highly recommend this hotel for the best views and kind personable staff.

Pros:

La struttura è scavata nel tufo, nonostante questo le camere sono molto calde e per niente umide.
La posizione è alta rispetto al centro città ma raggiungibile a piedi in 10’ e con taxi/navetta.

È a conduzione familiare, sono curati i minimi dettagli. Inoltre il personale è super gentile e preparato. Sono stati davvero tutti carini e disponibili.

L’ambiente è molto carino e tranquillo, ci tornerei senz’altro.

Cons:

La colazione inizia un pochino troppo tardi (8.30) e non ha moltissima scelta.
Illuminazione camere un po’ troppo bassa.

Bien situé, mais peu professionnel : on paie surtout la vue
Pros:

La localisation de l’hôtel est idéale pour découvrir la ville. L’accueil est chaleureux, les chambres sont charmantes, propres et confortables, et le Wi-Fi fonctionne parfaitement. La terrasse constitue un véritable atout, avec une vue superbe, sans doute l’une des plus belles de la ville.

Cons:

Séjour mitigé. La chambre était beaucoup trop chaude, avec un chauffage au maximum impossible à régler, ce qui nous a empêchés de dormir correctement pendant deux nuits. Malgré ce problème, la seule réponse de la réception a été de nous conseiller d’utiliser la climatisation, sans autre solution concrète. Le petit déjeuner était décevant, et l’hôtel manque d’infrastructures, hormis la terrasse et la salle de petit déjeuner. Dans ces conditions, le rapport qualité-prix ne nous a pas semblé satisfaisant.

A superb hotel!
Pros:

Everything about Koza Cave Is outstanding. The breakfast was lovingly prepared and the rooftop landing is superb. The room is cosy. Most importantly, guests are treated as family.
