Both Expedia and La Patriache scam me and I never get a room they even embarrass me and slap my son

Pros:

Customer service was so poor. The manager(light skinned woman) was very saucy, arrogant and rude.

The floor of the room had tiny dirts and particles, no waste bin, they gave me a waste bag only on request.

There was nobody at the front desk almost always.

very bad!! ANTS All over. ka ka roaches all over.room does not get clean each day.you have to ask, no towels. bed was like sleeping on rocks. stay away smells also

Pros:

Clean basic hotel rooms with lots of space, suitable for self catering. There was no breakfast included, even though the website stated there was. A nice small pool area outside. Reception was poor and slow, it took 30 minutes to check in, they were not ready for us.
