Unexpected charges
Pros:

Comfortable and spacious room. Air conditioning was great. We stayed in a family room and they provided colouring for the children which was a lovely gesture.

Cons:

The shower-over-bath attachment was faulty so most of the water leaked out of the tap rather than through the shower hose. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was nice but not amazing. Unfortunately the prices on the kids menu were out-of-date and I got a nasty surprise when I checked the bill and we were charged as much as £1.50 extra per item. The staff didn’t uniform us. We were also charged for service and not informed. Unfortunately these unexpected charges left us with a bitter taste.
Also, don’t order the focaccia and olives “sharing plate”. For £14 we expected something special. The staff must be laughing all the way to the bank.

Pros:

Amazing service and a wonderful experience. I arrived in London at 9 a.m., and the staff were incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. They kindly helped me with an early check-in, which I really appreciated.

I was also injured and had difficulty carrying my luggage, so they went out of their way to carry all my bags to the room. They even put some toys in the room for my child, which was such a thoughtful and lovely touch.

The service was excellent, and they were always very quick to respond to messages. I truly appreciate all their help and kindness. Highly recommended!

het beste hotel tijdens onze trip , een dikke pluim voor het personeel maar ook de locatie.
Pros:

het beste hotel van onze hele trip. Per ongeluk waren we in de buurt, maar via Booking, kwam ik hier terecht . Personeel verdient een 10, wat een zorgzame gemeende vriendelijke mensen. Goede kaart, ontbijt en op donderdag Pizza-avond. De kamers zijn boven verwachting, schoon, bedden en zeer smaakvol ingericht naar Ascot - style. Voor iedereen die van sfeer rust en kwaliteit houdt een aanrader.
