Pros:

Extraordinary location with quick access to metro and busses, convenience stores, etc.

Cons:

The lower-level rooms didn’t have any natural light, but this is easy to overlook if you don’t spend much time in the room:)

Chambre comfortable et chaleureuse, produits fournis de bonne qualité (savon, shampooing, crème, café, thé), bonne literie, personnel accueillant, hôtel bien desservie (proche du métro), lieu calme.

Cons:

Chambre à la cave donc peu lumineuse et pas de vue extérieure, lumière automatiques dans la salle de bain et les toilettes qui s'allume et s'éteint sans qu'on le souhaite, manque d'éclairage autour du miroir du lavabo, toutes les lumières de la chambre contrôlées par un seul interrupteur (pas possibilité d'avoir une lumière de lampe de chevet par exemple, obligé d'allumer toute la lumière de la chambre).

The location of the hotel Heeton is really good, if you have the time, you can easily visit the central London using the bus or the underground.

Cons:

It does not clear on the photos that that breakfast is served on the reception, and that the food stay at the reception desk without the proper protection to avoid any kind of contamination, another point is that it does not have enouht room to sit and eat confortably, you can go outsite where you can find a couple of tables with chairs but it's clear that is used as a space for smoking and the days that the weather is not good (raining or cold) it is not suitable.
It's odd that on the room the toalet and and shower are separated, but it's workable, what is odd, is that the safe is located under the bed, in my opinion there is space on the closed.

Pros:

L'emplacement est super au calme proche restaurants et commerces d'Hammersmith. Positionné sur la District Line qui permet d'aller facilement d'un côté dans le centre de Londres et de l'autre Kew Gardens. Sinon la propreté, la réactivité du personnel et la facilité du checkin 24/7

Cons:

Des details mais on aurait aime un micro-onde pour faire rechauffer du lait ou un repas pris en take-away, le petit dejeuner dans l'entrée un coin plus isolé aurait plus chaleureux et enfin la lumiere toilette et salle de bain dans la chambre a detection de mouvement..pas tres pratique la nuit pour reveiller personne..

My only complaint is the breakfast being grab-and-go. There are no place to seat and have a proper breakfast. We were eating in our room everyday, not ideal for us as a family with kids.
