hotel accogliente a due passi dalla metro di Hammersmith da dove si riesce a girare tutta Londra.
Anche il quartiere è carino con tanti tipici pub inglesi.
La struttura mi ha convinto sia per lo staff davvero cordiale che per la camera e la colazione compresa.
probabilmente un po' la colazione variandola un po, e la TV in camera più che altro non era possibile vedere YouTube con tutto che la TV risultava una smart TV.

The location of the hotel is excellent, you could be anywhere in the city and there is a straight tube to Hammersmith. We also loved that there were supermarkets nearby as we were traveling with a 1 year old and needed to stock on some stuff. Our room was clean and bed was comfy. During the night the hotel was calm and quiet, which we really appreciated.
Breakfast wasn’t that good, you have 5 same things to choose from everyday. It didn’t spoil our trip, but I wouldn’t book it next time, as there are multiple restaurants offering breakfast nearby.
Second con was the room layout. I didn’t mind the toilet and shower layout, but I didn’t like the one sink in the center of the room, where I washed my cup and also my hands after the toilet.

Disappointing stay. The bathroom was basically a closet: you walked in like it was a wardrobe, the door barely closed, zero privacy. The shower was the same and located on the other side of the room, Wtf? The sink was literally next to the bed. The heater didn’t work even on maximum, and we spent the night freezing. Terrible experience for the price paid. Would not recommend.

L'albergo ha camere minime. Non ci sono di fatto tavoli o scrivanie, il bagno è ricavato da spazi interni alla camera così come la doccia. Insomma, non c'è da aspettarsi niente di che. Meglio le camere doppie che le singole, in ogni caso. Non conviene fare colazione in albergo perché non c'è uno spazio vero e proprio e la si fa su un tavolo nell'ingresso.
Staff was great and although the accommodations are basic they’re comfortable. Small fridge in the room I booked was appreciated. Always hot water in the shower and wifi was strong. Location is incredible. 2 min walk to Hammersmith station from which you can get anywhere in London easily, including Heathrow.
Would’ve been nice to have a microwave and a few plates, cutlery, etc. but not a big deal.

Très bon établissement, très bien situé, a coté d’un métro. Le personnel était très souriant et disponible. Les chambres étaient très propres.
Notre chambre n’a pas été nettoyée alors que nous avions mis la pancarte, c’est dommage.

As a family of 6, it can be difficult to find a room that takes all of us and often means having to book multiple rooms so finding the room here was fantastic - the kids loved the fact that they had two sets of bunk beds right next to our bed. Hammersmith Underground is a very short walk away and provides links to all of London - we did not use the bus, but there are frequent buses from right outside the hotel. Breakfast with the hotel was fresh and tasty and the fact that they have bags to grab and go was very handy for early starts. Hammersmith also offers a large number of shops within walking distance and our experience of the local restaurants was great!
The first room that we got had an issue with the drains that led to the wetroom not draining away correctly and water leaking into the room. We spoke to reception and they gave us the choice there and then to swap rooms or they could have maintenance try to resolve, we took the option to change rooms and the new room was perfect. Issues like this can happen and the fact that they resolved it so quickly was great.
Great staff and location.
It would have been better if the toilet door in the room had better sound proofing for privacy.
