Non un posto dove fare colazione. La stanza era al piano -1 senza luce. Capisco che sia un ¨concept¨hotel ma forse sarebbe bene spiegare meglio quale sia il concetto cosi che uno possa scegliere di andare altrove

Eeg fijne plek om te verblijven en kom zeker terug.
Pros:

Goede ligging vlakbij metro. Kamer erg fijn, schoon en ruim. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Well located comfortable hotel, room well equipped and friendly staff
Pros:

Excellent location, very handy for tube and buses on a relatively quiet road. The neighbourhood has a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants and down by the river there is a riverside walkway with a couple of pubs. The hotel offers a continental breakfast on a grab and go basis, there is limited seating in the lobby to eat this or space outdoors with tables and chairs, screened from the road. Room quite well soundproofed, beds very comfortable, air con, a small cooler type fridge, safe, TV, could store our bags at the hotel. The twin room was a good size with a small seating area and a desk. Wardrobe well lit and good reading lights by bed. The reception staff were very friendly. Will definitely return here.

Cons:

These are minor points and we would stay again.

The toilet has a sliding door and isn’t soundproof. The hand washing facilities are next to the toilet, but the large bath towels can only be hung in the shower area at the opposite end of the room. Hand towels aren’t provided but we could request another large bath towel.

All the mirrors are smoked glass but we would have liked one ‘normal’ full length mirror and one smaller ‘normal’ well lit mirror for make - up / shaving.

Hidden pearl in London!
Pros:

The hotel is a very pretty and comfortable concept hotel located in a strategic position. Quiet and elegant, it's very close to the transportation lines. It was very easy to reach from/to Luton airport (Circle line, Thameslink, Dart). The staff is INCREDIBLY kind and gentle, available for any need (we asked for an extra set of towels and other minor things) and they were always very attentive towards our requests. The hotel has a small lobby for breakfast but at 3 minutes by foot there are several very good bakeries (some of them 'Heeton friends' so they offer a small discount by showing the hotel card) and a Lidl for a little food shopping if needed. The hotel offers an umbrella renting service which is very useful considering London's weather. There are a few amazing pubs around the hotel (one is literally on the other side of the sidewalk) and a few near the river which are delicious, highly recommended. The room was large enough to comfortably host 2 people. And the separated bathrooms (shower separated from the toilet) was brilliant in handling space and timings in the room between one tour and the other. Our experience was overall magnificent, we would gladly return here if staying back in London!

Great location and place to stay in Hammersmith.
Pros:

These guys saved us after a last minute lockout from our previously cooked place. It was a better option anyway. Very nice place and people, close to the Tube and places to eat. Comfortable room.

Cons:

The bathroom set up is a bit odd. Tight shower, then sink is huge and in the bedroom and then toilet separate too.

Hotel pulito, ordinato e moderno.
Ottima scelta!

Cons:

Niente di particolare. In caso di maltempo (senza la possibilità di sfruttare i tavolini all’aperto) la gestione della colazione può non essere semplicissima
