Pros:

Le personnel parlant français, chaleureux, disponible et extrêmement souriant a été aux petits soins du début à la fin du séjour. Merci à eux.
Le confort, l'emplacement, le calme, la climatisation, le parking,, le petit déjeuner, les conseils de visites tout était bien. Nous avons même pu mettre nos nombreuses bouteilles d'eau au congélateur afin d'avoir de l'eau fraîche en continu. Super

Schöne Klosteranlage in zentraler Lage mit einfache Ausstattung

Sehr gute Lage und besonderes Ambiente im alten Convent. Nagelneues schönes Bad.

Cons:

Klima Anlage sehr schwach für 40 Grad Außentemperatur nicht geeignet. Frühstücksraum sehr warm .könnte man schöner draußen servieren im tollen Klostergarten.

A fabulous hotel. Great service, fantastic room and such character. Beautiful gardens, lovely breakfast and only a 15 min stroll to central Florence. A real gem.

Location is great right next to the river but away from the hoards. Great view from the window. Parking inside the grounds and a lovely walled garden.

Second time I stayed here and I am sure I will return!
Pros:

Such a beautiful place. Love the large garden. Our room was very large- nice to have with 3 people. The staff is very helpful. Morning breakfast and cappuccino machine is awesome!

Cons:

The wall AC units could not cool the room in July.

Dépaysement garanti au milieu de la ville.
Pros:

L’arrivée en voiture , au passage du porche la découverte du magnifique jardin . La vue des chambres, très belle salle de bain, climatisation, la maison est magnifique, et tellement bien située. L’accueil est de plus très chaleureux, après , de nombreuses heures de voyage , c’est le paradis.

Cons:

L’accès très compliqué, waze perdu , zone contrôlée , sens interdit . Ce paradis se mérite !
