Hotel Bela arquitetura e quarto amplo !
Pros:

Quarto com muito espaço, belíssima arquitetura, lindo jardim, ótimo chuveiro, tudo estava bem limpo, lençóis macios. Bom café da manhã.

Cons:

O hotel fica numa praça e as pessoas fazem barulho que incomodou nosso sono.

Perfect location for a weekend break
Pros:

I liked the historical feel of the building and the praceful garden.

There could have been more fresh rolls available at breakfast - all gone very early as they don’t make very many!

Odlično, prijetno
Pros:

Lokacija hotela je odlična. Vse si lahko ogledate peš. Mi smo se pripeljali s svojim avtomobilom. Rezervirali smo parkirni prostor pri hotelu. Ko smo se pripeljali, nas je čakalo parkirno mesto. Avtomobil je bil varno parkiran ves čas našega bivanja. Prijavo v ZTL cono so uredili v hotelu. Soba je bila velika. V sobi je bila klima. Postelje so bile udobne. Zato smo se zelo dobro naspali. Zajtrk je bil odličen. Vse informacije, ki smo jih potrebovali, so nam v hotelu prijazno posredovali. Priporočamo. Če bomo še prišli v Firence, bomo prišli v vaš hotel.

Overall, a very nice stay. I would recommend or stay here again.
Pros:

The Staff was friendly, and the building was historical and had a welcoming feel.

Cons:

The breakfast could have had both cappuccino machines working. There was always a line to get cappuccino. Allow the guests to select the table they want to eat at instead of it pre-selected.

A due passi dal centro
Pros:

Posizione ottima molto vicina alle migliori attrazioni di Firenze. Struttura stilisticamente molto interessante con affreschi, succo e mobilio d'epoca. Stanze molto intime, bagni moderni. Reception molto collaborativa. Buona colazione.

Cons:

Camera tripla estremamente piccola, con mobilio un po' ammucchiato e nessuna comodità (frigo, caffè, TV). Obbligato a tenere l'aria condizionata accesa anche di notte altrimenti c'erano 30° in camera la mattina. Spazio comuni estremamente caldo e non climatizzato. Nessuna vista dalla stanza. Parcheggio comodo ma caro per le dimensioni (€25 a notte) e di difficile accesso per auto grandi.

Pros:

Ce palais du 15ème siècle garde de beaux vestiges de son glorieux passé (fresques et escalier monumental ...) et le confort moderne a pu gagner les salles de bains (privative dans notre cas ...) ; le jardin arboré et fleuri est enchanteur , j'y ai observé les fruits du kakier qui m'était inconnu et admiré le ballet d'une huppe fasciée à la recherche de vermisseaux ! Oltrarno , on est à l'abri de la frénésie du centre historique qui n'est pourtant qu'à moins de 10 minutes à pieds ... Le personnel est charmant et réellement disponible à toute heure (une mention spéciale pour Daniela à l'accueil qui dans un français presque parfait s'applique à répondre à toute question, quel qu'en soit le sujet, et pour le responsable des petits déjeuners, Sammika, dont le sourire matinal a été chaque jour notre premier "rayon de soleil" ! )
