Important information:

Please note that the shuttle to Praia da Rocha beach is provided free of charge 2 to 4 times per day, 7 times per week between April and October.

Bali Beds are not included in room rates and are available upon reservation and extra charge

During the Summer Music Festivals, a 250€ damage deposit per room is requested upon arrival. Pros:

loved my stay here will be booking again the pool view is amazing and the resturant beside it serves good burgers. the breakfast was also lovely

Luxurious and beautiful
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful hotel, the staff are exceptional and so kind and friendly.

Cons:

Vegan breakfast is only available on request in advance, which I did but didn’t receive any response.

Amazing hotel, I would 100% be returning and would recommend to others

Great amenities and facilities, staff were really helpful and it is in a great location

Cons:

The only thing that we didn’t like was that there was a smell that possibly came from the drains in the bathroom however ofter a few minutes it is unnoticeable

Pros:

Zwembad was fijn boven. Staff daar erg vriendelijk

Cons:

Kamers hebben minimale isolatie waardoor het lijkt of je geen ramen hebt. Drukke straat waardoor niet fijn. Dit waren de upgrade kamers en dus de duurdere.

Vi var der i forbinedelse med festivalen (Aftonation). Vi synes det var rart, at der var meget secerity på om aftenen
Pros:

Poolområdet, gode drinks, værelserne er pæne og rene. Virkelig sødt personale. Fin morgenmad.

Cons:

Der var ikke noget vi ikke kunne lide. Alt var super godt!

Pros:

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel à Portimão. L’établissement est agréable et bien situé, avec une piscine sur le toit vraiment appréciable pour se détendre.

Le parking sécurisé est un vrai plus, même si les places sont un peu serrées. La navette mise à disposition pour aller aux plages et venir nous récupérer est vraiment super pratique. Nous avons également apprécié le petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.
