Aspen Suites Hotel Anchorage

Thanks for the nonexistent phone call regarding our reservation being cancelled, because your hotel closed. Nothing like planning to arrive at 1am on a flight with my family to find we have no hotel. You are a chain, unacceptable to not give us notice…

we could have found a cheaper hotel months ago if we were given notice.

Same as the previous review one week ago. Booked months ago for a trip in July. Called to confirm and was told the hotel no longer exists. No notice to those that had booked. Lucky that we called to ask a question. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!!

Called the hotel today to confirm by booking and they said Aspen Hotel no longer exists and that it's a shelter now. Never was told my booking was canceled. My stay is in July and it's a good thing I called to confirm my upcoming stay. Now I have to figure out a different place to stay even though this was booked months ago when room rates weren't so high. Horrible customer service for the hotel and Booking.com.

I have no complaint. My stay was excellent.

Everything fine with my room. In good condition and cleaned. However, when I arrived I got a room that was already occupied. I was a bit dissapointed for this situation and embarrassed with the other person in the room. The issue was fixed in the moment. It is the last thing you think.is going to happen. Anyway, it was a good stay and the hotel in good condition. I enjoyed tje stay and facilities

Our stay at Aspen Suites of Anchorage is always a pleasue. The staff, makes it so, we are always treated very well.
One staff member stands out the most, and that is Ms. Ella Jean, the housekeeping Manager. We have been regulars at the Aspen, and have been able to share the success of the hotel, and Ella Jean as she moved from the front desk to her current postion, and employee to charish for sure.

We were there for a medical proceedure for my wife. The staff offered us the perfect services and the room was perfect for a three day stay. Everything we needed was close by and easily accessable. We would stay here again in the future. Easy check in early with no problem.

The hotel and the room was very clean. The kitchen area was stocked well. Every morning the lobby carpet was steam cleaned. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was easy. Parking was convenient and the outside area was nice and clean.

Need to remember to clean inside of windows and put more toilet paper in rooms but otherwise it's a good place to stay

I choose to stay at The Aspen if I’m traveling for business or with my family. The hotel is extremely clean, safe and the large rooms have kitchens which is great for making a quick breakfast or lunch. The beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

It was a typical stay at Aspen of Anchorage, everything was what you would expect out of a great Hotel. Aspen is a great Hotel.
Everyone goes out of their way to make sure we are comfortable and have the things we need.
Ella Jean is a jewel, and although she is not at the desk anymore she has taken her glowing personality, and her care for the guest and trasision that into the house keeping side of the Hotel. Our rooms have never been cleaner and our needs are always met. Thank you Aspen for our Home away from Home.

Great place to stay in Anchorage Alaska. Reasonable prices and close to restaurants, Bear Paw is with in walking distance and you get a 10% discount if you don’t forget your room key or ID, the movie theater, and You Beauty hair salon and spa. Which is where you should go for all you hair and spa treatments!!.
