Jeg ville ikke bade ved stranden, vandet var ikke lækkert og der var et område i vandet lige ved siden af hotellet hvor der lå både til ophugning.

Notre chambre était à côté de la laverie qui fonctionnait jusqu'à 23h.
Pas d'insonorisation. L'endroit était assez sale.
Ne mérite pas ces étoiles.

Location. If you want to access something different then you have to travel. Most of the staff seemed nervous.

Bad location. Really bad beach

Pool was dirty. Food was expensive and came out cold. The room felt dirty. Not near enough sunbeds for everyone, people were sunbathing on the chairs used for dinner. Run down and needs painting. Broken steps by the pool. The beach doesn’t look like the pictures and has rubbish everywhere. Manager was rude and blamed their error on myself and my partner. We stayed for NYE. When we booked in we were asked to pick a table for a GALA dinner. The staff at reception went through the options and we picked a table with a buffet and one drink included (we were very happy to pay this). When we arrived at the GALA, the lady sorting out the tables couldn’t find out room number on the seating plan. We explained which table we picked out and she said she didn’t have any left. She then said we could sit on a table right by the sea for free and wouldn’t have to pay anything extra. This staff member also said we could have unlimited drinks from 7pm until 10pm at no extra charge! Throughout the night we kept double checking with her and our waiter if it was free and they said yes. Then came check out, the receptionist told me that I had to pay 3,000 Thai bhat per person for the GALA dinner. The manager then came over and argued with me blaming myself and my partner and stated it was unfair we wouldn’t pay. I explained it was there mess up and said they could keep our room deposit. I walked out and was then greeted with 500 Thai bhat back! Rude staff have left us feeling like our 9 days were not worth it and we would now not return or recommend to others. It was clear staff sat us at the honeymoon table on purpose to get us to pay 6,000 hoping we would pay up and leave.

Vlhký pokoj, museli jsme kvůli tomu nechávat otevřené hlavní dveře a mít zapnutou klimatizaci. Nebylo otevíratelné okna na pokoji. Bazén vypadal hezky do doby než jsem si všimnul, že jsou některá bazénová světla pod vodou odklopená a ven koukají dráty... Nebylo příjemné se v tu chvíli koupat a věřit, že nejsou světla v elektrice. Lákají velkými slevami na pobyt, které jsou v podstatě extrémně přestřelené a náhle zlevněné o 80/90%... Pak jsme zjistili, že je tento případ po celý rok a tak to beru jako klamání zákazníka.

The rooms were very noisy. Could hear people all night talking in hallways when returning from late nights out. Some running around screaming and laughing at 2am which kept us awake. No nighttime security to police it.

Breakfast in the morning was terrible. All the ‘hot’ food in the Bain-Marie were cold (pasta, stir fries, eggs). We notified staff but they didn’t seem to care and kept it out. Serious concerns about food safety given the meat dishes. We couldn’t eat it and stuck to the fruit and toast to be safe.

The staff made my stay very unpleasant.

geboekt als 5-sterrenhotel (van €625 p.n. voor €75 p.n., 7 nachten), maar dit niveau wordt totaal niet gehaald. Kamer was netjes maar basic, ontbijt leek op dat van een luxe hostel (oploskoffie en melkpoeder). Meerdere hygiëne- en onderhoudsproblemen, waaronder lekkende wasbak, verstopte douche en zelfs met 15 cm bloed bevlekt beddengoed. “Strand” bleek misleidend en het restaurant stelde zwaar teleur.

Tv non funzionante, mare brutto

Ich hatte ein Zimmer im OG bei dem KEIN Fenster zu öffnen ging bzw. kein Balkon vorhanden war. Der Strand und Meer waren sehr verschmutzt und ins Meer konnte man nicht gehen - dreckiges, trübes Wasser u viel Müll. Im Restaurant hatte ich mir leider etwas den Magen verdorben - Ananas war wahrscheinlich im Cocktail o Essen schlecht.
