The room is nice ,spacious ,clean and good location.

Cons:

The toilet is clean but smelly, shower low water pressure and the air con is leaking every 2-3 hours.I think this building need some maintenance service.

Great, worth for stay with family.
Pros:

Room : Clean, cozy, quite spacy. For Muslim traveller, still can solat confortably.
Toilet : Clean, not smelly, basic toiletries provided, shower got hot and cold water.
Location : Center of Batu Pahat, near to Express Bus Station, convenience store, and suitable for Nasi Kandar Pakistan lover.
Parking : This hotel got a private free parking. Just drop you car number to receptionist.
Elders and OKU : Friendly to both of them. Had lift so no need to climb using stairs. also had ramp to access the lobby hotel (both from parking and from in front of the hotel)
Children and Toddler : The hotel provide Coway water dispenser for parent who need cold and hot water.

We have returned to stay in this hotel quite several times as it clean, safe and neat.
Pros:

It’s safe, clean and easy access to many places

Cons:

The rain shower head alone is rather inconvenient. Good to have a handheld shower head attached to it. Water temperature tends to fluctuate as one showers.
