Cons:

There was a power trip in the middle of the night with no backup power .. the whole room room was in total darkness .. no staff update what was happening... With an elderly and a kid... It was so dangerous if they need to go to the washroom...

upon arrival. there is no receptionist at the counter. we have waited for 30 minutes before the receptionist appeared ! we are very tired and need rest. there is no reason for the counter to be absent for a period of time... without good reason

バスターミナルから徒歩5分足らずという立地。シャワーの水圧、温度ともよかった。
