Pros:

Our stay was truly excellent! The room was very clean and tidy upon arrival, which made a great first impression. The location of the hotel was also perfect, really convenient for exploring Menorca.

The staff were all incredibly friendly. There was a particularly tall man at the reception, slightly balding (I mean this in the kindest way), who was especially welcoming and helpful. After I asked him for recommendations, he gave us so many amazing tips on what to see and do around Menorca. The other two reception staff members were also very kind, though I didn’t interact with them as often since most of the time it was the tall gentleman who was there.

The housekeeping staff were also super friendly, they greeted us warmly every time we passed by, which made us feel really welcome. The bed linens and towels were changed every four days, which was absolutely perfect.

All in all, no words, it was an outstanding hotel!

Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, a unos 8 minutos en coche a Ciutadella. La piscina y todas las instalaciones están muy limpias. Hay aparcamiento fuera pero si llegas muy tarde por la noche es probable que no encuentres.
Sin duda repetiría alojamiento en otra ocasión.
Te retienen 200€ al llegar (como fianza) pero al salir te los devuelven si has tirado la basura y dejado la cocina limpia.

La cocina sí que es un poco pequeña pero en general todo correcto.

El apartamento está bien, sencillo, con lo necesario. Le faltaría un sofá más cómodo y televisión con posibilidad de poner Netflix o algún tipo de plataforma.

Cons:

El horario de la piscina era muy reducido, cerraba a las 18:00, por lo que no te da tiempo a disfrutarla después de la playa y tienes que tirar la basura antes de irte. En otros lados, esto suele estar incluido en el servicio de limpieza.
