El apartamento estaba bien para lo que queríamos, el tiempo los dos ultimos dias no acompañó pero todo bien.

A falta de limpeza mexeu comigo..
Pros:

Não fizeram limpeza em nenhum dos 7 dias e só mudaram as toalhas ao 4 dia (está no regulamento mas pouco visível). Deixaram 2 rolos de papel higiénico para 3 pessoas. No quarto dia deixaram mais um rolo. 3 rolos de papel higiénico para 3 pessoas, 7 noites.. a cama do sofá é bastante desconfortável. E a loiça para cozinhar é apenas uma panela enorme e uma caçarola, e uma frigideira pequena. Não deixam detergente para a loiça, temos de comprar. Não limpar a wc e o chão do apartamento durante 7 dias é bastante negativo.

there is not much near by but we walked to town everyday or took the bus, very reasonable at €1.70 and a taxi return was very good value at €7.20

Te hacen dejar depósito de 200€ sin avisar antes. Aparcamiento lejos o paganto 7€/día.
Paredes de papel de fumar.. oyes perfectamente lo que pasa a tu alrededor. Instalaciones bastante regular.
El check out tienes que esperar que el propio recepcionista compruebe tu habitación ,para que te devuelvan el depósito (en mi caso en efectivo ).
Tienes que ocuparte de tu basura.

Pros:

Our stay was truly excellent! The room was very clean and tidy upon arrival, which made a great first impression. The location of the hotel was also perfect, really convenient for exploring Menorca.

The staff were all incredibly friendly. There was a particularly tall man at the reception, slightly balding (I mean this in the kindest way), who was especially welcoming and helpful. After I asked him for recommendations, he gave us so many amazing tips on what to see and do around Menorca. The other two reception staff members were also very kind, though I didn’t interact with them as often since most of the time it was the tall gentleman who was there.

The housekeeping staff were also super friendly, they greeted us warmly every time we passed by, which made us feel really welcome. The bed linens and towels were changed every four days, which was absolutely perfect.

All in all, no words, it was an outstanding hotel!

La pulizia e il personale ottimo. Appartamento ampio e con un bel pacchetto baby che comprende seggiolone e passeggino. Complimenti
