Good Value For Money
Pros:

Loved its relative proximity to transportation between three stations - Euljiro 3-ga Station, Chungmuro Station & Myeongdong Station. Not close enough to be rated excellent .. but located relatively close to convenience stores, restaurants, cafes and other such essentials. Walking distance to Myeongdong (Line 4) although the connectivity from Euljiro 3-ga (Line 2 & Line 3) was better. So we ended up walking that way more often than not. Walking distance to Cheonggyecheon (Stream) too.

Our Family Room was generously sized for 3 people but the only thing that was puzzling was what seemed to be a protrusion covered by what seems to be a black "tennis ball" that I kept stepping on or tripping over. Once you get the hang of it .. you will learn to ignore this issue. The laundry room in the basement and the outdoor space on the rooftop with a view of Namsan tower was definitely a nice to have.

I am not sure why but the bathtub and WC had a tendency to get easily blocked (I stayed in the hotel twice over a 10 day period and I encountered similar issues twice in different rooms) .. but to give them credit, the housekeeping team will get it sorted out once you report it without any delays.

The ability to store luggage for free when we checked out the first time and checked in again a few days later solved a lot of headaches for us.

Cons:

Nothing of particular dislike to note. It's not exactly 5 star but then it's not 5 star prices either so you get what you pay for. If you're not a seasoned walker, it's around 10 mins walk to the nearest station which may seem close or far to you.

There were 2 lifts / elevators that worked efficiently. Soundproofing seemed OK also. When occupancy is high, you may experience a slight delay in getting up and down but there's only 16 floors so it wasn't that big an issue.

Affordable and great value stay in Myeong-dong
Pros:

Loved this hotel! It's centrally location in Myeong-dong, but not directly in the crazy crowded streets and markets. The room was spacious with room for two large suitcases. The AC works well and windows can open for fresh air. Basement has laundry, iron, microwave, and a filtered water machine. There's also a small gym and rooftop deck. Plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely come back and stay here again for our next visit to Seoul!

Pros:

Location was excellent. Not from Chungmuro station. Walking distance to Myeongdong Street.

Cons:

We had stayed there for 10 days with 9 times of breakfast, having the same type of food. So, I took my chance to ask the staff there if they might change it or not. He said, never. It was not really an international standard. So, not much choices for kids or adults.
This is probably the greatest let down....in this hotel.

Small room but with great location
Pros:

Location is great and about 5 min to the subway for line 2 / 3 / 4 depending on where u go. Or u can take the bus at the main road towards the Cathedral. Lots of cafe and restaurants nearby which is a plus. Also not far to the Nansam Seoul Tower.

Cons:

The standard twin room is a bit small and no space for the storage and no charger around dressing table. Make it not that convenient. Besides, the paper like slipper quality is bad.
