Pros:

すごく、洗練された綺麗なホテルでした。
繁華街から少し離れていますが、静かで良かったです。
オーナーは、タイ人で流暢な英語が話せます。
朝食も付いています。
何種類かから選べます。
アメリカンスタイルをチョイスしました。
パン、目玉焼き、コーヒー。
パンをもう2枚おかわりしました。コーヒーは3杯おかわりしました。満足です！

シャワーにシャンプーとバス石鹸、ボディーローションが備え付けられています。
水温は。。本当に緩い水。しょうがないでしょ。

Wifi 使えました。が、途中で使用できなくなりました。オーナー曰く、ミャンマーではこんなもん。らしいです。

帰りは国境まで、無料で綺麗なハイエースで送ってくれます。
大満足でした(^^)

ทุกอย่างโอเคหมดนะ แต่ขอหักคะแนนความผิดพลาดและล่าช้าของ พนง.

1.พนง.ต้อนรับ ให้กุญแจห้องผิด ตามมาที่ห้องให้เปลี่ยนไปอีกห้อง แล้วตอนนั้นเราใช้ห้อง อาบน้ำแล้ว เอาของออกมาแล้ว ทุกอย่างต้องรีบเก็บหมดยัดๆใส่กระเป๋า เพราะ พนง.บอกว่าต้องรีบทำความสะอาดห้องใหม่ให้คนที่เช่าห้องนี้ คำถามคือมันใช้ความผิดเราหรอ เราก็ไม่รู้ป่ะว่าเราบุ๊คห้องมาจะได้ห้องไหน

2.พนง.ห้องอาหาร ทำงานช้ามา คือเก็บค่าอาหารไปนานมาก แล้วไปบริการโต๊ะอื่น จนลืมทอนตังเรา เราก็นั่งรอว่าเมื่อไหร่จะเอามาทอน จนต้องเดินไปตามเอง

3.ชื่นชม พนง.ขับรถรับส่ง และหัวหน้า บริการดีค่ะ ขากลับจะข้ามมาส่งถึงฝั่งไทยแต่ด้วยรถติดและต้องรีบไปขึ้นเครื่องจึงขอลงตรงหน้าด่านก่อน

Pros:

The hotel is very modern and comfortable. They arrange free shuttle to the airport. The location is a bit far from the downtown but Tachilek is quite small so it’s not a problem at all. Actually it’s better to stay a bit far from downtown so you stay away the noises.

Pros:

This is a new hotel, that is clean and quiet. The staff are kind and very helpful. The American breakfast is quite good and i really like how polite all of the restaurant staff are. I stayed for 3 weeks here because of a job and in the end I was sad to leave my “family” at Baitong Hotel.
