La propreté à notre arrivée dans la chambre,
Plein de sable par terre, dessous des lits très salle et pleins de cheveux dans la douche!! Les autres fois d'avant nous avions eut aucun problème.

We staied in room 22. Badly maintained, filthy, sticky, smelly and dark. Beds terrible. Aircondition very neglected. Maybe the bathroom was so so. I beg you do not reserve this hotel or what they claim to be. Pool the same story. Water was dirty and poorly cleaned, fitration full of rubbish. After many emails they gave me 20% back. Said that they give me 20% and went ahead and proceed without me having any chance to have any say in it. I travelled 3 weeks around Florida and this was hands down by far the worst experience I had and most expensive. After all money was transfered I was not able to leave a review anymore and had to contact booking to be abIe to do so. Funny right? :) I beg you again, avoid this place and go for example to Miami beach hotel for less money and much much better experience. Check the photos :) I am looking forward the reply here :)

Il nous a fallu récupérer un autre logement.
Ce qui nous a fait perdre beaucoup de temps sur notre organisation.

Everything about the property I liked there was nothing that disturbed me at all. It's very native and very Florida. It's old Florida to and I hope it stays that way.

Realizei uma reserva por meio da Booking e estou vivendo uma experiência extremamente frustrante e decepcionante.

Ao chegar ao local, fomos surpreendidos com a ausência total de check-in presencial. Em nenhum momento, no ato da reserva, foi informado de forma clara que o check-in seria exclusivamente online, sem qualquer suporte físico no local. Após muita dificuldade, conseguimos realizar o check-in pelo telefone, sem nenhum auxílio presencial ou atendimento imediato — o que já demonstra total despreparo e falta de assistência ao hóspede.

No entanto, a situação se agravou ainda mais quando entramos no apartamento inicialmente disponibilizado: o local estava ocupado. Havia malas e pertences de outros hóspedes dentro da unidade, além de sinais evidentes de desorganização e falta de limpeza. Trata-se de uma falha gravíssima de gestão e segurança.

Diante do ocorrido, fomos realocados para outro apartamento, que se encontrava ao lado das latas de lixo, em condições muito inferiores e completamente inadequadas. A experiência tem sido extremamente desagradável e incompatível com o que foi contratado e pago.

Estou profundamente insatisfeita com a falta de organização, de suporte e de respeito ao consumidor. Aguardo um posicionamento e uma solução adequada diante de tantos transtornos.

La chambre était mal propre, désuet et les lits vraiment pas confortable. Nous avons demandé réparation pour le lit canapé, la femme nous a dit qu’elle viendrait répare et ça jamais été fait!!!

It is a MOTEL and not a 3 starts Hotel. The real condition of the facility is nothing to do with the pictures. Dusty, smelly and not renovated for decades. The first issue appeared with a door lock just in few minutes after the check in, after that I went to the front desk and there was nobody at 4:30pm while it supposed to work till 5pm. I was staying with a child assuming we will use a sofa as a second bed but it was covered with a plastic wrap and the host didn’t left the bed linen set. There were no closet in the room just few hangers in the bathroom. We were missing a lot of items in the kitchen like: cutting board, forks for all guests, knives were unsharpened and the stove didn’t work properly.
As a cherry on the top I received a text asking to take out the trash and wash the dishes before the check out.

Needs a little updating but still nice
