Glad I booked online. Will return for sure!

The decor is a little dated but the pool and convenience to local spots and beach was perfect!

Cons:

The exterior appearance is old which wont attract new patrons. Which is a plus for me so when I return there will be availability and I know the insides of rooms and convenience of location is where all the value lies.

I’ll choose somewhere else, the price was outrageous for the lack of communication and personal experience.

There’s no one on site, just cleaners. No person to check us in. We helped an out of the country visitor call on my personal phone to get checked in. For the price, someone needs to be on site!

ZERO attention to details. Cleaning was so so. Sticky stains. Heavy Fabuloso smell in room. Heavy bleach smell in bath. Like no Quality check. No towel racks in bath, no soaps, lighting minimal. Iron lawn furniture for table and chairs inside room. Shower stall has no place for anything you need. Use the indoor lawn furniture for towel racks. So basically use the floor. Rotting bathroom sink furniture. Need i go on?

Die im internet dargestellten Fotos stimmten NULL mit der Realität überein!
Alles mehr als in die Jahre gekommen, fehlende Ausstattung und die Matratze eine Katastrophe. Das Bettgestell knarrte bei jeder Bewegung. Keine Möglichkeit Kleidung aus dem Koffer zu holen ,denn es gab weder Regale noch einen Schrank. Die Wände hellhörig, so glaubte man mit dem Nachbar nur durch einen Vorhang getrennt zu sein. Türen leise zu öffnen oder schließen nicht machbar.
Fernsehen nur mit Unterbrechungen , denn das Internet so schwach, dass immer wieder aufgeladen werden musste. Die Fenster undicht und Klimaanlage mehr als laut. Das Office war fast nie besetzt und auf Anfragen (E-Mail) keine Rückmeldung. Allein der Check In… (durch fehlende Daten im System) war schon nicht einfach ! Wir wurden gleich mal dafür verantwortlich gemacht , obwohl ich das Dokument vorlegen konnte.
Es gäbe noch so manche Bemerkung … Ich will nach vorne schauen und mir nicht weiter den Tag vermiesen !!

No staff on site overnight. Loud and intoxicated younger crowd swimming in the pool in the early hours of the morning (4:30) on one occasion
You can basically hear everything in the courtyard at night. There should be staff on site to monitor late night activity

It is placed sort of near the beach. That is about it.

We staied in room 22. Badly maintained, filthy, sticky, smelly and dark. Beds terrible. Aircondition very neglected. Maybe the bathroom was so so. I beg you do not reserve this hotel or what they claim to be. Pool the same story. Water was dirty and poorly cleaned, fitration full of rubbish. After many emails they gave me 20% back. Said that they give me 20% and went ahead and proceed without me having any chance to have any say in it. I travelled 3 weeks around Florida and this was hands down by far the worst experience I had and most expensive. After all money was transfered I was not able to leave a review anymore and had to contact booking to be abIe to do so. Funny right? :) I beg you again, avoid this place and go for example to Miami beach hotel for less money and much much better experience. Check the photos :) I am looking forward the reply here :)
