Pros:

I liked that pictures taken of the rooms were a more or less true reflection of the room.

Cons:

I did not like, that the rest of the hotel was in absolute disrepair. The showers were missing a door. The phones in the rooms didn't work. Although they made a point of saying if you need anything ideal zero for reception Ha, the phones would have to actually be connected for that to happen. Our room was not properly cleaned on arrival. There were visible dirt marks on the floor. The beach had not been cleaned, maybe in months. Parasols are not the best, a lot of broken things around the hotel and need to be replaced. The sign at the front needs bulbs so you can read the sign correctly. The reception desk has dirt marks on it. Needs a good clean or paint. The sun loungers were beyond old. Anything that has broken around the hotel has not been fixed. Let me now get onto the food. Awful. If you like dark brown chips you will be fine. Variety and quality of food is very poor. Let's get onto the dining hall area. An absolute health and safety disaster. Send in the environmental department asap. It's so dangerous. Sloping floors, nearly a 12 inch step down into and out of the dining area. No signs anywhere to say mind the "Massive Step". If you're a tea drinker, bring your own, they only have coffee. Don't bring valuables as the safes are broken
I nearly forgot the beach towels are super old and have holes in. I might have missed some points, but this is a pretty good description of the hotel. DO NOT GO BY THE PHOTOS, they are using ones that must have been taken when the hotel was just built.

Pros:

Понравилось в отеле обслуживание ,море чистое вход пологий ,еда разнообразная ( курица ,мясо,рыба) .Отель для семей с детьми .

Cons:

Не понравился пляж не убирают окурки( но это вина конечно самих отдыхающих ,т.к урны стоят везде на пляже)

Pros:

We had an unforgettable stay at Maya World Didyma and can’t recommend it highly enough! Honestly, can’t rate it enough! From the get-go, everything was spot on.
Our room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and offered all the comfort we could ask for. The staff were absolute legends their top-notch service made the whole experience even more special. The spa though… wow. That was the cherry on top. So chilled, so soothing. We’ll definitely be back!

We were a group and everything went amazing. Facility was amazing even we were in the winter directly food was incredible and stuff was really amazing. Thank you much guys hope to see soon

Lovely places, but no attention to details
Pros:

Nice and peaceful and was able to relax

Cons:

Once into my room I discovered that the shower leaks hugely and covers the floor outside the shower, which becomes very slippery. Half the towels in my room are stained and I refuse to use them and the water that comes out of the tap is a yellow colour. All not very nice!

Secondly, on the third day of being at the hotel, I returned in the afternoon to find that your housekeeping team had left there chemicals in my room! Is there no quality control. I find this very disturbing to leave chemicals in a guest room.

Lastly, evening food service, for the last few nights the evening food service was horrible and so slow and it looks like extra chefs were brought it to firefight the problem but it still had no impact on the quickness of service times. I personally waited for 40 minutes just to get to my plate before I even put any food onto it.

Pros:

The bed linen was dirty with hairs and grime. We had travelled there and paid for the room upfront so I persuaded the family to at least stay for lunch. We booked in at 1pm and I couldn't wait to leave, we checked out at 4pm - I couldn't wait to run away. The whole place smelt of sewage and the sea was grey like the northern sea in England for turkey this is disgusting.

Cons:

The reason I booked is because booking.com advertised it had a fitness centre - oops - no fitness centre. The buffet food was completely self-service, without servers so everyone was touching everything to get to the food - disgusting. The whole site including the dining area (only outside - where do you go if it rains - must be your room) smelt of sewage there are even sewage pipes aligning the road into the 'resort' to be sunk so akbuk must be one of the sewage outlets for didim. The bar staff asked me if I was German, hum answered 'no way' - then asked me my favourite football team - are you having a laff (oh of course us British are all football obsessed - try a different subject with me). There were no sunbeds available either around pool or on the' beach' but after looking at the beach/sea there was no way I was going there anyway. There was darts competition going on outside our room/beside our patio. On being escorted into our room the air con was on, I didnt think it through why - hubby noticed the electric slot had a card in - anyway I went back to room to pack the small items we had unpacked to leave, wasnt cool anymore and room/bathroom stank with flies flying around, hubby asked me where the card had gone - the staff were coming into the room to do things like put water in the fridge, so no privacy, no safe available in room as advertised, no fishing as advertised, canoeing - there was 1 canoe on the sea, floaty boats - there was 1 on the sea, I can go on and on with negative comments- in summary this hotel was not as advertised, expectations completely wrecked, we checked out at 4pm - person on reception didn't comment or ask why - cos they knew why, not to Turkish standards - avoid
