All the staff were very friendly and spoke good English, so there were no communication issues. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. There was also a laundry service available at the hotel. You can simply ask the front desk staff, and they will gladly explain the process.

I stayed here to attend the BTS concert in Busan, and the hotel even prepared a welcome banner for BTS ARMYs, which touched me so much. There were many great restaurants nearby, and the area around the hotel was calm, peaceful, and very pleasant.

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. 💜✨

I loved my stay here. a perfect place to relax after a tiring day

The staff were very warm and approachable, and both the lobby and rooms were always clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location is convenient for travelers, with stores, coffee shops, banks, and restaurants all nearby. It's also close to bus stops and only about a 10–15 minute taxi ride from the KTX station. While it's about an hour away from Busan, we were aware of that before booking. Despite the distance, it was still a very convenient and comfortable stay

직원 한명이 모든걸 망칠수 있습니다

이렇게 기분 나쁜 체크인은 처음입니다

굉장히 무례한 직원(윤유민님?)이셨습니다.
손님을 하대하며 자기 스트레스를 푸시는건지
너무 무례한 태도에 깜짝놀라
직원분을 빤히 쳐다보았습니다.

보통 무의식적으로 그러신 분은 빤히 쳐다보면
스스로 태도를 점검하고 가다듬는데요,

이 분은 끝까지 무례함을 유지하시더라구요
‘아 알면서 의도적으로 이러는 구나’
그때 느꼈습니다.

‘고맙습니다’ 나 ‘여기 객실카드입니다’
같은 말 한마디도 없이
한손으로 카드를 띡 내밀며
저를 빤히 쳐다보시더라구요.

이 직원분은 직원 교육이 필요해 보입니다.
호텔의 평판에 큰 오점을 남기겠더군요
그 누구도 이 호텔에 돈내고 오면서
직원에게 하대당할 이유는 없습니다.

다른 직원분들은 너무 친절하시고
도움을 많이 주셨습니다.
