Nous sommes arrivés en fin de journée. Mes amis dans leur chambre n'avaient ni serviette ni frigo et ont leur a donné des serviettes mouillés, mon amie leur a dit que ce n'était pas possible de s'essuyer avec des serviettes mouillés. Et il n'y avait pas de fenêtre car nous étions a côté du parking donc franchement le bruit des voiture la nuit qui se déplace etc etc et voila ce n'était pas du tout appréciable. Le petit déjeuner n'était vraiment pas terrible franchement je ne recommande pas du tout.

Location: As a solo traveller, I felt unsafe from the moment I arrived. There were groups of men sitting outside the hotel, and when I walked into the lobby/restaurant area it smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. The men inside all stared at me, which made me feel very uncomfortable. From the outside the hotel did not look similar to the photos, there are building works all around it (including the view from the balcony), so it felt like I was staying in the middle of a building site. I no longer felt comfortable walking into the centre as I’d originally planned.

The check-in process was chaotic. Several times the owner had to ask whether I’d paid, when I’d booked, and what room I had. I ended up showing him my booking confirmation because he seemed to have no idea what was going on.

I was first shown to a room with two single beds, despite booking and paying for a Superior Double Room. When I pointed this out, his response was, “I thought you’d be okay with it.” Presumably because I was travelling alone. That’s not acceptable—I paid for a superior double room, so it’s not up to the hotel to decide to downgrade me.

He also told me they don’t offer room service anymore, despite it being advertised online, because it makes the rooms smell. Ironically, the second room he showed me absolutely stank of cigarette smoke. Although he apologised, it was still disappointing. The room felt unclean, was very dated, and had marks and damage throughout. The only nice part was the bathroom, although I was oddly given four bottles of shampoo but no body wash. The air con worked which helped but did not erase smell of smoke. Loud voices and dogs barking could be heard into the night.

I got offered to have dinner & breakfast downstairs, I couldn’t think of anything worse than eating in a room smelling of smoke and men staring at me, I would of hated to see the inside of the kitchen!!

I nearly booked elsewhere but luckily was leaving by 7:30am, and arrived at 8pm.

although the breakfast is on a buffet basis, there is a lack of choice.

Notre chambre ne correspondait pas à celle que j’avais réservée, apparemment en raison d’un problème sur ma réservation.

Tuttuğumuz odanın fotoğraflarını kontrol etmediğimiz için penceresi olmayan odada kaldık. Havalandırma daha iyi olabilir idi. Fiyata dahil olan otopark ücreti istendi ancak uygulamadaki görüntüyü çevirip gösterdiğimizde okey dendi para talebi geri çekildi.

la propreté n’était pas vraiment au rendez-vous. Il y avait de l’eau dans la salle de bain et les serviettes de bain étaient vieilles et usées. Le petit-déjeuner était également décevant, avec peu de choix et une qualité moyenne.
