Pros:

Enjoyed the food and bar are was nice

Cons:

Room key played up, if we had to go out for too long wouldve caused issue as room was unlocked. Sorted it in the morning but was a bug bare

Bit tired but good value and nice staff
Pros:

Pleasant room and well priced and clean. Good WiFi

Cons:

Room felt very tired with old tv, updated shower with old screw holes exposed and new one not fitted well. Bare plaster in some of the corridors

Nice little retreat
Pros:

I have stayed here many times before . It’s a lovely apartment . The hot tub is amazing .

Cons:

Things don’t work cannot get Alexa to work , tv Is a little jumpy , stereo doesn’t work . Minor issues that can be fixed .

Bed was very uncomfortable, however the staff tried to improve it with the addition of a mattress topper.
I wasn't aware that they had prepared my account before I had gone to check out at reception. I was charged for a breakfast we did not take. There was no one available to charge back to my credit card. I had hoped that someone would get in touch with me to rectify this. The very kind lady whom I spoke to,did offer to provide something to take away.

Very relaxing and peaceful
Pros:

My room was beautifully presented with a large bathroom with bath and shower. The view from my room was amazing nothing but nature. All in all a beautiful place to go for some me time

Cons:

The bathroom needs a little up dating but other than that I really did like the property and where it was situated.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were all excellent!
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. Cooked well and large portions. The staff on both mornings were friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The shower was a little disappointing. Not much water pressure.

It was a bed for the night in a convenient location

Cons:

The ‘shouty’ message received in advance about not having breakfast included. The receptionist on arrival who was more concerned about her customer on the phone than the people standing in front of her. The room was not prepared in advance, it was freezing cold with no heating on. An old tissue from a previous occupant had been left which made you wonder about the thoroughness of the cleaning. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable.
