Pros:

Great staff looked after us and provided safe parking for my motorbike, good info on what was available in the hotel as well as locally.

Excellent food menu, decent bar, overall a great place to stay.

We didn't stay. We, and other victims, left to find accomadation elsewhere.

Didn't stay long enough to like anything.

Cons:

If you are going to operate as a regular wedding venue, you shouldn't sell the few remaining rooms to unsuspecting customers and you certainly should not have a wedding disco right under a bedroom that you are selling.
I'm not interested in your policy; you failed to disclose that there would be a very noisy event on that night and should refund in full.
