Poor Customer Experience
Pros:

We had paid to use the pool and have some drinks and something to eat. Sadly we left after an hour. When we arrived for our booked session at 3 pm. We were told to wait outside the hotel and form a queue. We were not allowed to have a drink in the bar whilst we were waiting for our pool session. Upon entering we were subjected to a bag search and told to go through the hotel. I had to ask a member of staff where to go as I hadn’t been before. Upon reaching the pool I was surprised how small the pool was and lack of sunloungers or comfortable seating. After purchasing a drink at the bar proceed to the terrace tables. Shortly afterwards we were told to move by a member of staff saying this area was reserved for guests staying at the hotel despite the area being completely empty.
We also found that food would not be served until an hour and a half into our session.
We were made to feel like second class citizens. We had paid to use the pool and were purchasing refreshments from the hotel but sadly the hotel did not feel our custom was important enough to extend to common courtesy and comfort. Safe to say we will not be returning to the hotel..

Nice enough for a one night stay
Pros:

Restaurant and bar areas nice modern and clean

Cons:

Room was abit dated. Sofa bed uncomfortable. Wasn’t told about a wedding being held and didn’t feel like we could use the pool as the wedding party had vertically taken over the outside area.
Also gluten free pizza was ok but probably a frozen one.

Pros:

Location was great, easy parking. Decent size room and an actual king bed !
Good shower and internet.
Great staff. Very friendly and helpful.

Pleasant staff room ok but spoiled by view and smokers puts side room window

Friendly staff and ample parking

Cons:

View was huge green container! Smokers stood outside room windows so its smelt badly of cigarettes and wardrobe was unusable as door hung wrong way round!

Ruined by pool rules not being enforced
Pros:

Lovely staff could not have been more helpful. Nice hotel

Cons:

The pool was open to the public which we didn’t know when we booked . Due to heat it was overcrowded with children. Babies without nappies in pool , kids jumping and on inflatables in a small packed pool despite signs but there was no one to enforce any of the rules . I had a ball thrown at me and got abused by the mother . Not the quiet break I had hoped for . Also charged me £13 for one piece of toast with an egg is ridiculous .

Perfect anniversary get away.
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff. Chefs were extremely good with dietary needs. Room was perfect! We paid a little extra for the pool side room. It was perfect perfect perfect. Pool great when not busy.

Cons:

The only thing that could've been better was that there were a lot of children in the pool in the day time (our fault for booking school holiday time) it made it hard to use the pool in the public slot times. I'm disabled and got kicked a few times in my bad leg and my partner in the man parts haha. We weren't cross as we understand and was nice to see the kids having a lovely time, however, it would've been nice to be able to use it more.

Fantastic stay! Great, heated outdoor pool, friendly staff and delicious breakfast!
Pros:

The outdoor pool was heated and ideal for us as a family to use, my 1-year old daughter love it. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast I'd ever had, so much choice and utterly delicious.

Cons:

Luckily we had our car as there's no local shop in walking distance, however there was a co-op a 5-minute drive which we used for essentials.
