Locatie frumoasa, personal amabil, facilitati excelente (spa, sala de fitness, piscina interioara).

Singurul minus este partea de check-in, unde nu exista flexibilitate pentru ora de întrare. Pentrubcei care vin cu un copil mic, poate fi un dezavantaj major.

Overrated hotel. The furniture is old and the overall appearance of the hotel rooms feels outdated. The TV is old, the cleanliness is below expectations and it seems like you have to ask for your room to be cleaned. The food lacks flavor and variety in some days.
The children's pool and playground are not located within the hotel area.The only real advantage is the hotel's good location.

Totul...De când am ajuns la locație, deși am ajuns mai devreme...ni s-a oferit o camera mai mare decât cea rezervata de noi și ne-au spus va putem lua prânzul, ceea ce a fost un beneficiu fiind veniți de departe. Mancare diversificata pentru toate gusturile de la salate la paste și fructe de mare,pizza și o sumedenie de dulciuri și mâncare pt vegani.Beach-barul a fost de vis Înghețată bună. Spectacole in fiecare seara cu alt program artistic. Personalul atent la toate nevoile tale, promți în a aduce băuturile la masă. Programe la piscina, darts, tras cu arcul ,zumba,pilates. Nu ai cum sa te plictisești. Am stat doar 5 nopți dar nu am fi plecat de acolo.

Cons:

Taxa pt parcare 15 € pe zi ,dar când am plecat până în Balcic ne-au pus un con de ocupat ca sa avem același loc de parcare la întoarcere. Faptul ca șezlongurile erau ocupate cu prosoape deși nu era nimeni pe ele...dar cei de la hotel le luau și îți ofereau șezlongurile.

Best hotel in Golden Sands
Pros:

Very good hotel, we loved the food, the drinks, the cleanliness in the room and the hotel. The restaurant is elegant, they serve you the drinks, there are themed nights.

Cons:

The room could be a little more upgraded, the furniture looks a little tired.

Не може в 5 звезден хотел да чакам за сок и кафе половин час на закуска. За такава сума трябва едноличния собственик да не прави икономия за сметка на моето търпение.Нямя хотел където да съм ограничен в закуската от напитки.
