Cons:

Przede wszystkim było brudno. W łazience pod prysznicem grzyb . Co ciekawe grzyb również na słuchawce od prysznica . Okropne. Ręczniki podarte. Dziury w szlafrokach . Sprzet do ćwiczeń nie działał.

Bardzo udany wyjazd. Polecam !!!
Pros:

Wszystko idealnie. Bardzo cicho, basen, sauna i siłownia do dyspozycji. Śniadania najlepsze !!!

Fine if you’re willing to compromise on sleep and food. Swimming pool and saunas doesn’t make it 4*..
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean

Cons:

Mattress- just old springs, very uncomfortable! Towels paper thin and ripped. Neglected patios- weeds everywhere. Restaurant- over complicated menu with very poor choice of food for the kids (nuggets, rosół and pizza only) where it supposed to cater for families. No vegetarian options (!), potato gratin served raw- waiter claimed it’s because it’s celeriac.. asked him to check with the chef- who confirmed it was not cooked. Very poor customer service, waiter had to be called as never present in the dining area. Grumpy reception staff, never greeted or acknowledged the guests.

Jak za tą cenę to nie warto, przerost formy nad treścią.

Lokalizacja hotelu, profesjonalizm obsługi

Cons:

Wysoka cena, niewyremontowane pokoje, jedzenie na śniadaniu jak z pensjonatu tj. mało urozmaicone, z herbat była tylko czarna i owocowa, niska temperatura sauny (60-70 stopni) nawet się nie spociłem, nie było żadnych klapek do kupienia, żadnych jednorazowych klapek.

Hotel nice, commercial policy horrible
Pros:

Hotel is fine, room simple but clean, service is nice, overall place is very nice

Cons:

Over 30 degrees in the rooms without AC
Strong music until 05:00 am due to a wedding
We were forced to move to one single room while we paid for 2 during the night as there were 4 hornets in our room and no other rooms available
We could not sleep at all due to the very high temperature, strong music and unability to open windows due to hornets’ net
There was also very strong chemical smell in the room due to carpets renovation
In the morning we were informed that the direction decided that we have to pay for 2 rooms even if we used just one and could not sleep, because the hotel is « not responsible for natural disagreements »

Vackra omgivningar men i behov av renovering
Pros:

Hotellet ligger fantastiskt vackert i en underbar miljö. Det fanns mycket för barn och ungdomar att göra på hotellet - men rummen är i behov av renovering. Känns som om inredningen är från tidigt 80-tal. Badrummet var dock av senare årgång.
