The hotel is centrally located, with many lively restaurants just around the corner.

Cons:

We would have appreciated an earlier breakfast service, ideally starting around 6:00–6:30 AM. Unfortunately, due to our scheduled excursions, we were unable to enjoy breakfast on either morning of our stay.

The staff was polite and courteous.

Cons:

The room was very cramped. The bed was very small - definitely didn't feel like a queen bed - which we had booked. The room was clean enough but one of the mugs in the room was dirty. They still give old style plastic water heating kettles.

The worst was that the room windows faced on to the side where there is apparently a disco/club and it was playing ear busting music till 4am!! It was loud enough to hear & feel the doof-doof music and the windows were reverberating. When we told this to the reception staff they acknowledged that this is a perpetual problem. Well, the room prices certainly don't reflect this known issue!

The breakfast service was ok. However, the staff had to be told that certain items had run out before they were replenished. The staff should have been more alert and checking & replenishing on their own.
