Location was central to city centre, Central Market, art gallery, cultural spots - all within easy walking distance. Free breakfast buffet was good with sufficient choices. Room was comfortable, clean, and importantly everything worked perfectly! It was definitely value for money!

Room was fine, bathroom very clean. Mattress was not that good unfortunately.
Breakfast could have been better. Personal choice I realise, but the bacon needs to be cooked more and at least have some crispy bits.

Entrance was down a dubious looking side street - a bit off putting. Room was basic but clean,comfortable and quiet. Could do with a few more amenities like shower caps. Not many TV channels accessible if you don't have chrome casting abilities. Breakfasts excellent , evening meals more like TV dinners.

The staff were excellent and welcoming upon arrival even late at night. Very attentive and friendly. The location is brilliant, close to restaurants, bars, public transport, the Entertainment Centre. Happy hour was excellent value. The reception and breakfast area was open and clean with natural light. I liked knowing there were Asian style options for breakfast each morning.
The bed was very uncomfortable. There was some type of plastic mattress protector which made it noisy each time you rolled over and was very warm and sticky. The bathroom is divided by glass so turning the light on at night wakes your partner up. It’s also not private if you have visitors to your room. We also got stuck in the lift for an hour, which was difficult. We had to actively get ourselves out due to there being no help and minimal communication from staff. From a fellow guest, this was her second time being stuck in a lift during her stay at this property.

Well located, clean rooms. Very welcoming. We arrived mid morning, well before check-in time however we were able to access our rooms immediately. Very good service.

The room was spacious. It was close to the centre and the venue I had to go. Close to public transport too.
I can't say I didn't like bit probably some extra amenities like slippers in the room.
