The location and cleanliness. The included breakfast however issues.

Cons:

The bed was too firm and the pillows were flat as. We did ask for additional pillows which was accomodated. The breakfast was welcomed however nothing was regularly replenished, so .missed out on cooked, often cutlery and available tables due to not being cleared. Why dont rooms provide top sheets...you cannot regulate your temperature.

I was booked for 2 nights and cancelled the second night and got a refund as the room was filthy and smelt musty.
- someone else's (public?) hair on the toilet
- shower recess filthy
- hairs on the floor next to the shower
- sealant around shower broken and dirty
- bed old and creaky
- noisy aircon. Had to turn it off
