It was fine.
Pros:

Staff were good.

Cons:

Not enough hot food put out for breakfast and no chef in the evenings we were there so couldn't order food beyond soup or pizza. Dessert was well overpriced!

Pros:

Location is Brilliant/central, pull in driveway was great for Taxi pickup/dropoff offs, carpark deal just further down Blyth st was convenient.

Cons:

Downstairs elevator foyer had a toilet smell over the few days we were coming and going.
We had requested 2 single beds instead of a Queen, it would have been nice if that request could have been accommodated, the mail response said you'd try to accommodate it, but on check-in the staff seemed adamant it wasn't even a possibility with the room which would have been nicer to know/plan for earlier..

Noises from other rooms
Having to leave early without having breakfast. I think 6am should be the start of breakfast so that those who are leaving for the airport have something before leaving.

I did speak to the front desk manager 2 hours after I made the check out, but she said the cleaner already gone home and

Cons:

The dishonest of the staff who cleaned my room. As obviously they took a very important and special item that accidentally was left in the bathroom🥲 and that was the end of it 😭
