Pros:

From the moment we arrived, until our departure, the staff was warm and welcoming. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was very good with warm options available. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was excellent with large fluffy towels.

Pros:

Excelente las instalaciones y muy lindo el entorno. Tiene restaurantes cerca y un gran centro comercial enfrente. Buen desayuno.

Cons:

No limpiaron la habitación pero cuando reclamamos hicieron una compensacion económica y se disculparon

Staff just opened my door without notice.
Pros:

Room was clean and location was good, was there for work so I wasn't in property for long.

Cons:

I have never had staff just open my room door while in my room. 40 minutes after checking in I hear an agressive knock on my door and before I have a chance to open the door a staff memeber just opens my door! All she said " I'm just checking that the room is occupied and that you checked in" and then. proceeded to ask what time I checked in. I checked in at the counter where they gave me a key. It's also important to note that I checked in a 5pm so a reasonable time and not at 2am. I later notified the front desk on my way to dinner and while they were apologetic their explaintion was ' We have to check the guest actually check out of their room.' That doesn't make sense, my room was clean and ready for me so why would they think my room wasn't ready, and they already gave me a key? They were clearly no admitting they made a mistake and tried to cover it up. As a guest I expect privacy in my room and not have a random staff walk in, it was uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Everything was great, except for the front desk staff member.
Pros:

The suite was beautiful and very comfortable, super clean and the water pressure was amazing.

Cons:

The front desk lady, she wasn't friendly. I thought maybe she was having a bad day. However, she was there when I checked out as well and still had the same unpleasant attitude.
