Great quiet spot in a nice area of Sarasota.
Pros:

The hotel was in good repair, clean and well appointed. The staff were efficient and sincerely nice

Cons:

There were renovations being done on our floor, so we had to move our room at a very inconvenient time (as my husband was prepping for a medical procedure). The receptionist should have known that when we checked in the night before and not put us on the first floor. We dealt with it ok, but it was a bit unnerving to my husband.

The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was ideal for my disabled family member and the breakfast was excellent. Very friendly experience.

Pros:

Breakfast was a bit chaotic as the hotel was really busy and the space in the dining area is quite small. Also the buffet service was inadequate due to the fact that not all dishes were available at the same time. We have stayed here several times before and this was the only time we have had an issue. It won’t stop us from staying again.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

The ambience and decor of the hotel were very soothing-professional yet cozy and welcoming, gently laid back.
The cookies and cold drinks in the lobby are amazing, thank you for having those! Such a nice way to say welcome. The breakfast was a very nice surprise too, lots of options from fruit, yogurt, eggs cold and warm, ham, sausages, and more!
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect right off 75, close to shopping malls, grocery stores, restaurants and attractions.
The staff at the front desk were amazing, very professional and welcoming. We feel we made new friends!

It was ok.
Pros:

Great breakfast, attentive staff, beautiful lobby.

Cons:

It’s July in Florida. The hotel was freezing cold everywhere. People were wearing sweaters and sweatshirts. We were assigned an ADA room. We are in our 70s. We are Not handicapped. The room for us was awkward. The room was not ‘finished. Mold in the shower area. Toilet paper holder was coming apart.

Okay for a night's stay.
Pros:

The hotel offered a quiet place of refuge for our dog to avoid fireworks. The hotel is located conveniently. The hotel offered breakfast.

Cons:

The room had an odor that was unpleasant. Front desk offered to come up and spray, but I was afraid the spray would be a temporary cover-up. The price was high enough but a $113 charge for my dog will be the reason we won't return.
