Very bad experience for hotel you pay over $200 a night and get that bad experience

It’s nice and new building

Cons:

I don’t like the sum of the stuff they were there.
They’re so rude and unprofessional
They passed the frustration because they don’t have enough workers to the customers
They did very good job on advertising the restaurant and bar there they pull you in and when you went to get something to eat or drink, they don’t have enough stuff working in there. One person was doing the bar and cooking and serving people at the same time.
After waiting for her 20 minutes to place the order she told me they didn’t have one of the items on the menu.
I call my wife and ask what else she can have and she pick another item and again after waiting 20 minutes, she told me that she doesn’t have that either. When I ask her, can you please tell me what items you don’t have on the menu so to save to go back-and-forth and every time wait 20 minutes for her to show up I can pick something that she have on the menu she told me that if I don’t like it, take your family and go to chipotle they’re open till 12:30. After I saw a lot of customers right there they’re frustrated. I just turned around and go away. I think the management need to do something about that because of the busy night of Saturday when the hotel it’s full of the customers they don’t have enough stuff to work on that station. It’s better to close the bar in the kitchen so they will run into last trouble.
She can say that she’s sorry, and she cannot handle it all that stuff by herself, and I will understand that, but she cannot yell at me and tell me what I need to do and that I’m not the owner of the hotel so that she has to answer my question

Awesome location and very good facility
Pros:

We liked everything about the property. It was very clean. Spacious room was enormous. Food was excellent. Staff was excellent.

Great quiet spot in a nice area of Sarasota.
Pros:

The hotel was in good repair, clean and well appointed. The staff were efficient and sincerely nice

Cons:

There were renovations being done on our floor, so we had to move our room at a very inconvenient time (as my husband was prepping for a medical procedure). The receptionist should have known that when we checked in the night before and not put us on the first floor. We dealt with it ok, but it was a bit unnerving to my husband.

Exceptional service
Pros:

The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was ideal for my disabled family member and the breakfast was excellent. Very friendly experience.

Pros:

Breakfast was a bit chaotic as the hotel was really busy and the space in the dining area is quite small. Also the buffet service was inadequate due to the fact that not all dishes were available at the same time. We have stayed here several times before and this was the only time we have had an issue. It won’t stop us from staying again.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

The ambience and decor of the hotel were very soothing-professional yet cozy and welcoming, gently laid back.
The cookies and cold drinks in the lobby are amazing, thank you for having those! Such a nice way to say welcome. The breakfast was a very nice surprise too, lots of options from fruit, yogurt, eggs cold and warm, ham, sausages, and more!
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect right off 75, close to shopping malls, grocery stores, restaurants and attractions.
The staff at the front desk were amazing, very professional and welcoming. We feel we made new friends!

It was ok.
Pros:

Great breakfast, attentive staff, beautiful lobby.

Cons:

It’s July in Florida. The hotel was freezing cold everywhere. People were wearing sweaters and sweatshirts. We were assigned an ADA room. We are in our 70s. We are Not handicapped. The room for us was awkward. The room was not ‘finished. Mold in the shower area. Toilet paper holder was coming apart.
