I stayed at Hotel Arka for 3 nights, and everything was perfect! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The location is fantastic, close to the Old Bazaar, making it easy to explore the area.
The views of the city centre from the restaurant and rooftop bar were absolutely amazing and made the experience even more special. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection to start the day.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and couldn't have asked for more. I would definitely recommend Hotel Arka and would happily stay here again!
Nothing to dislike. Everything was excellent, and I couldn’t find a single thing to complain about!
Staff were excellent
I stayed for 3 nights. On day I left I noticed around 50 insect bites on me. I had seen a bug in my room during my stay but thought nothing of it. The day after leaving the hotel I was covered in insect bites. I contacted the hotel to inform them but no one responded. It’s a shame because the staff at the hotel were excellent, but they clearly have an infestation of bugs.
The location was excellent, the the heart of the Old Bazaar. The staff were all super helpful. Comfy beds and pillows. Incredible views from the room top bar. Breakfast good.
The hotel is in need of updating and renovation and definitely not 5 star, although seems to be one of the better quality hotels in the area. The aircon in the room didn't really work and so it was uncomfortably warm. Strange set up of the swimming pool in the bar, and no sun beds to sit in so felt a bit strange to go in.

Η καλύτερη λύση για τα Σκόπια, κεντρικό σημείο, σταύθμεση απέξω, άριστο πρωινό, πλήρεις παροχές δωματίου. Αν βρεθώ ξανά στην πόλη, θατο προτιμήσω.
