Cons:

WiFi oda da hiç çekmedi . Onun hariçi 5 yıldız almış bir otel odasında bir kahve makinesi bile yoktu. Klimi çok gürültülüydü . Duşa kabin bile yoktu perde ile kapatıyorsunuz .

Pros:

Essa foi a minha segunda vez nesse hotel. Infelizmente não tive a mesma recepção que tive da primeira vez. Na minha primeira estadia até o café da manhã era diferente... tinha um cardápio, onde eu pude solicitar a preparação de panquecas, omeletes, capuccinos na cozinha local. Dessa vez, percebi muitas coisas industrializadas e café de máquina. Sendo assim considero o café da manhã como bom, mas não fazendo jus a um café de hotel 5 estrelas... No máximo 4 estrelas. Aliás avaliando no geral, o hotel não possui as características de um hotel 5 estrelas, digo isso pela observação que fiz em relação ao atendimento, cordialidade e prontidão para atender aos hóspedes. O hotel fica na rua atrás do old bazar, o que facilita muito para visitar o forte e fazer as compras de ouro e prata no old bazar, mas fica um pouco distante de outros pontos turísticos da cidade. Existe uma linda piscina, que aparece nas fotos da booking, porém não é permitido nadar na mesma, é apenas decorativa.

Cons:

Acredito que se o hotel quer manter as 5 estrelas precisa investir mais em treinamento para o pessoal de trabalho, a cortesia é sempre bem vinda. Pequenos mimos também são esperados por quem se hospeda em um hotel com esse valor de diária. Em suma, por esse preço você consegue se hospedar em hotéis melhores e de melhor localização.
