Lovely hotel
Pros:

Spacious rooms and bathrooms
Pleasant staff at reception
Very clean
Great location

Cons:

Breakfast was awful
Cold scraps each morning
Never got hot breakfast
Staff didn’t understand English when you asked for anything at the breakfast hall.

Visita a Macedonia.
Pros:

Los instalaciones del hotel y el personal.

Cons:

Quizás lo complicado de entrar y aparcar, está muy reducido la zona de entrada porque está entrada es también para otro hotel y otros negocios.
El baño era una bañera tipo jacusi muy alta e incomoda y resbaladiza para personas mayores.

Kedves személyzet, a bazár szélén lévő hotel

Cons:

Inkább 3 csillagos hotel, piszkos, lerobbant kapubejárón közelíthető meg. Habár visszaigazolták hogy két külön ágyat kapunk a kérésünknek megfelelően, mégis franciaágy várt a szobában. Nem volt fogmosó pohár a fürdőben, a víz nem folyt le a zuhanyzóban, elárasztotta az egész fürdőszobát. Nem takarítottak, nem rakták rendbe még az ágyat sem az ottlétünk alatt.

Pros:

Super bien placé dans la vieille ville, à part ça si ça existe zéro, j'aurais mis zéro la note.

Cons:

Ça a bien commencé à l'arriver avec une fille à la réception très arrogant et bien foutu de ma gueule parce que je parlais albanais. Malheureusement je parle pas d'anglais et pas macédonien. Par contre je parle plus de langues d'autres et que je me suis retourné vers elle pour lui faire mes demandes en albanais et c'est retourné vers moi et m'a répété à plusieurs reprises. What What comme si elle comprenait pas quelle langue je parlais que malheureusement c'est un pays 35 % 40 % de la population qui est albanaise, j'ai rien contre ça qu'elle parle pas les langues, d'être poli, ça change rien du tout qu'elle langue on parle, dommage de traiter un client de sa façon. En tout cas ça me donne pas l'envie de revenir.

À part ça ce qui est plus dérangeant, c'est la suite les chambres très vieux des odeurs de vieillissement, les odeurs des égouts en sable dans les chambres j'ai dû dormir toute la nuit avec la ventilation des salles de bain allumer je me suis plaint à la réception, ils m'ont dit que malheureusement ils pouvaient rien faire, personne n'est du centre-ville je vais pas jouer nos héros, mais vu que je viens dans le domaine d'Immobilier, c'est un problème des siphons , pas de douche à la piscine le petit déjeuner médiocre. Et personnel pas du tout accueillant à peine il nous disait bonjour.

Расположение хорошее. Центр. Быстрый интернет. Вкусный завтрак. Хорошее соотношение цена/качество. Чисто. Номер просторный.

Cons:

Надо понимать, что это пять звезд по «македонски». Кмк не дотягивает до этого отель. Для меня очень жесткие подушки и слишком мягкий матрац. При check out я ответил на вопрос пользовался ли я минибаром отрицательно. Меня попросили подождать и отправили персонал проверить правду ли я сказал. Это огорчает и точно не 5 звезд.

Бассейн холодный, даже дети не смогли купаться,номера старые и обшарпанные, в нашем номере текла ванна, весь пол был в воде. Сауна это смех- ее надо бронировать, это маленькая кабинка в одном из номеров,джакузи это пластиковая ванна. Кошмар. Тренажерный зал это комната размеров 8 метров и там 4 тренажера. На парковку не заедешь, там всего несколько мест.
В туалет зачем то стеклянная дверь, в чем смысл непонятно
