Not a five star
Pros:

The hotel is located right in the old bazaar, fortunately it was very easy to grab a bite and have a walk.

Cons:

We knew we were going to stay in a place outside Europe and we were prepared to different standards as we travel a lot, but what we found is far from low expectations. The hotel is wrongly listed as a good level hotel on Booking, and also doesn't match the descriptions offered from Booking. From Booking the hotel offer: room service, restaurant, and room facilities such as towels, robes, shampoo, air conditioner, sleepers which it actually doesn't have. I invite Booking to check on them because they're simply lying! The room service is not possible for food in fact there is no room service menu (when we asked for it at the reception and at the restaurant they laughed at us telling us there was not such a thing), one day at dinner they made an exception for us cooking some french fries and have delivered them in the room. The room service is possible only for drinks but there is still no menu available for it to check the prices or what is available. The restaurant only offers a 3 course buffet menu at dinner with no alternatives so if you have allergies or preferences you just cannot eat there.The funniest thing is that there was a rules paper in the room that's said it was not permitted to bring any food from the outside. Worse than this are the facilities in the room. We checked in around 21 as I informed them but there were no robes, no slippers, no clean towels and no shampoo or conditioner nor any kind of hotel kit the only thing was a very little bit of hand soap. I called the reception to let them know our room wasn't ready but they answered me there was nothing they could do as the cleaning ladies weren't available, I was completely confused. I've called them back to have an extra pillow as there were only two pillows for the two of us and I'm pregnant, same answer "I'm sorry. Tomorrow. Good night.

L’emplacement
La gentillesse du personnel

Emplacement parfait en plein centre-ville, idéal pour tout faire à pied. L’établissement est confortable et très propre, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique et accueillant. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de ma prochaine visite en Macédoine du Nord. Je recommande vivement !

Max 3 star hotel
Pros:

It is very close to everything. It was quite quiet.

Cons:

It is not 5 stars max 3. Spa is a joke. Breakfast is awful, we ate outside. Room smells, bathroom is outdated and in general it is cold.
