The restaurant being down stairs and the staff.
The underground parking was very nice
The sheets weren't very clean they had stains the sheets were also very staticy. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The sofa bed was very warn and uncomfortable.
The pool water was very cold.
The room was really cold when booked in.
Logging into the wifi was ridiculous.
The TV channels were slow and pixulated.
Very quite, beds and pillows were very comfy, food in restaurant was delicious.
Cigarette butt's were dumped outside the ashtray outside by the front door for a few days. Reeked of them as you walked past. They should have been cleaned up right away.
There was one waiter in the restaurant that clearly did not respect women.
The property was in a nice location, very clean and the staff were very friendly. The pool and slide were nice and clean however there were so many chemicals/chlorine that it burnt your eyes as soon as you walked in and made it hard to stay in for long. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

I did have to ask for an extra blanket from the desk as there was not one in the room.
It was a good location and the restaurant was nice for a date supper. Relatively clean. Nothing to overly complain about but it could have been cleaner.
The pull out bed was so uncomfortable my kid said they'd rather sleep on the floor. Pool was just ok. Nothing to write home about. Though breakfast was fine, we were on a tight schedule and got there at 6:45am (they open at 6:30am) and even with only a few others there, we didn't even get our food for an hour - and they forgot some of it. It was worth the extra $10 but the service/timing was unacceptable.

The staff were so kind and made the visit extremely special for our family. Nieves went above and beyond to create something special in our room that our three young children can’t stop talking about.
