The nearby lake and walking path were a great way to get in some steps and watch wildlife.
Pros:

It was satisfactory and in a convenient location.

Cons:

When we entered our room we were shocked to see that the left side bedspread was ruffled and covered in dog hair. We immediately told the front desk and she gave us a new room. It was alarming though and left an unpleasant feeling, wondering why that even happened. The rest of the room and been cleaned.

Nice comfortable motel.
Pros:

I was surprised that the breakfast was available at 5:15. I had to leave at 5:30 and it was great to have coffee ready. The coffee bar is great, good coffee and half and half. The room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The price was high but I had to stay here because I was with a group.

A nice place to stop.
Pros:

We always stay in Sterling on our way to Vegas. This was our third stay in Sterling and our first at the Holiday Inn. I think we will stay here from now on.

It was a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

The front desk staff was very friendly and gave us a great recommendation for a place to eat. The hotel was very clean as well.
