Pros:

Room was nice. Smaller then the pictures make it seem but staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

Never came to take trash or replenish towels/toilet paper the whole stay

Waited about 20 mins for a staff member to check me in
It was right after check in time. I don’t know why she was not there. The reservation was for 3 so we needed to obviously use the food out bed. No extra sheets were located and when I went down to ask. No one came even though I heard two people gossiping in the back room. I had said excuse me, they couldn’t hear me. Went to the room with the computers to use the phone. It’s not even plugged in to a phone line. Went to the elevator to go back to my room, used the phone there. I could hear both the phone ringing and the ladies still gossiping. They eventually answered and told me I could come down in 20 minutes to retrieve sheets myself. The woman who checked me In was an angel! Can’t speak for the rest of the staff. Juice machine didn’t work for breakfast
Nothing was being refilled. Kinda stinks. Least it was clean. The pool was so chlorine filled we didn’t want to swim

Would stay here again
Pros:

Great location half way from our home to Chicago. I would stop here again. Beds were comfy and hotel breakfast was nicer than most that i have seen. Clean and large area. the staff was very attentive. The dining area itself was impressively spacious and kept in pristine condition, offering a bright, welcoming atmosphere to start the day without feeling cramped or cluttered.

Beyond the food, the service truly elevated the experience; the staff was remarkably attentive keeping the space clean.

Cons:

there was no sheets on the sofa bed and i had to put them on myself. The location was great for travel, but not if you are going for beach.

Overall, my stay was enjoyable and the next time I decide on another stay in the area I would highly consider returning.
Pros:

It was clean, accommodating, and welcoming.

Cons:

I had to wait nearly an hour to be checked in. To be fair, I arrived much later than check in time (work) so I do not place too much fault on the front desk associate responsible for clientele. But an hour wait….
