Our stay at the hotel in Michigan was relaxing, comfortable, and the perfect way to enjoy our beach
Pros:

The staff at Staybridge Suites were very friendly, helpful in making suggestions on what activities to do. The hotel was also very clean. We will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Wet pleased with our stay. First time staying at this hotel and now would look for these where ever I stay.

Pros:

Friendly staff! Beautiful suites with so many amenities. Happy hour free snacks on Monday-Wednesday. Breakfast was delicious and plenty. Huge modern gym, pool and outdoor sitting area. Just loved it!

Cons:

Nothing, chandelier lights in my room had dust but generally the place was clean.

Pros:

The breakfast was good and service was good, the staff was helpful and polite

Cons:

Extra day bed, need sheets and not enough pillow. Had to ask. Price of room was high.

Very clean rooms, staff was polite, 10 minutes from the beach and a great continental breakfast.

Cons:

The walls are very thin,, so we could hear people above us at all hours of the night walking around. Our deadbolt didn’t work on our door in our room.

Waited about 20 mins for a staff member to check me in
It was right after check in time. I don’t know why she was not there. The reservation was for 3 so we needed to obviously use the food out bed. No extra sheets were located and when I went down to ask. No one came even though I heard two people gossiping in the back room. I had said excuse me, they couldn’t hear me. Went to the room with the computers to use the phone. It’s not even plugged in to a phone line. Went to the elevator to go back to my room, used the phone there. I could hear both the phone ringing and the ladies still gossiping. They eventually answered and told me I could come down in 20 minutes to retrieve sheets myself. The woman who checked me In was an angel! Can’t speak for the rest of the staff. Juice machine didn’t work for breakfast
Nothing was being refilled. Kinda stinks. Least it was clean. The pool was so chlorine filled we didn’t want to swim
