Pros:

Accueil très agréable et chaleureux
L'hôtel est agréable mais il faut utiliser le taxi. Avec Grab sa fonctionne très bien et le prix reste correct.

Cons:

Pour les petits déjeuner, il y a des jours avec self ou sans self. Quand il n'y a pas de self, il faut commander et c'est un peu compliqué pour avoir ce que l'on souhaite mais le personnel s'adapte. Il faudrait à minima les boissons, le café et le thé à volonté. Les chambres qui donnent sur les couloirs intérieurs n'ont que des rideaux occultant : vous vivez soit avec la lumière dans la chambre ou aucune intimité.

Pros:

Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute
Dans la chambre, grand lit confortable, suite très lumineuse, baignoire dans la salle de bain.
Super piscine avec des transats dans l'eau
Massage ( avec supplément ) très agréable et très abordable.
Proximité de la plage 10 minutes à pied
Commerces et restaurants proches
Petit dejeuner avec un buffet
Rapport qualité prix très correcte
Les jardins sont paysagés, il y a un bassin à poisson.
L'intérieur de l'hôtel a une décoration soigné.
Mon fils a eu une petite attention pour Noël, c'est très sympa

Cons:

En vue rivière on entend un peu la route, mais n'empêche pas de dormir.
Deux jours il n'y a pas eu de buffet, mais malgré un choix de petit déjeuné uniquement vietnamien, nous avons pu demandé ce que nous voulions sans problème.
Attention pas de canapé convertible dans notre suite alors qu'il était notifié sur booking. Pour mon fils de 9 ans ça allait, mais si ça avait été un adulte ça aurait été plus compliqué.

Lovely stay in a modern and friendly place
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Couldn’t do enough to help the guests. Rooms were large and interconnected. Modern and clean.
Places and outside pool and a gym in the basement.
Was a few kms from the old quarter, hence missed all the flooding.

Cons:

A bit far out of town, but with Grab was easy to get around.

Pros:

Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit tollem Service. Insbesondere Ms Thi und ihre Kollegin an der Rezeption sind extrem hilfsbereit und machen alles möglich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte für europäische Gäste verbessert werden. "Scheibletten" braucht wirklich niemand mehr.

Pros:

I thank reception woman for giving a room on the highest floor after my request. She was very informative. Although with a translator.
Room was nicely designed but requires repairment,some walls are dirty.
Found some hair in the bathroom , please, housekeeping be more attentive, hygienes are important.
İt was noisy groups of workers who did maintaining of the pool, please remember that customers came to enjoy and rest and not to listen high volume conversations.
Lobby area was really nice designed and lemon water ea and coffee at the reception is a good idea.
By the way ,rice with eggs at breakfast was delicious.And man at the breakfast time was very polite and attentive.

Cons:

Please,teach your staff to be sound respectful.
