The building has a nice design. The location is close to the beach if that’s what you like.

Cons:

The design of the building makes it so no one can use their windows because 80% of them face each other or the main walkways. The cute seating by the window is useless unless you want everyone starring at you. We found ourselves avoiding the manager as he was very pushy about what our plans were, I’m assuming they try to get you to book tours from them. We just wanted to relax, I have generally great experiences with Vietnamese hospitality but this just didn’t feel it was coming from a good place. The breakfast was sub par, food and coffee were always cold. We booked this place due to the 24/7 check in as we were arriving very late but when we got in there was no one at the desk. When we finally got to check in our room was also not what we booked and they never did anything about it.

Best service EVER
Pros:

The staff was AMAZING! Best service we ever experienced at a hotel. They were sooo kind and helped us with everything. For example booking tickets for shows, fixing laundry and taxi, and they also gave us a bunch of recommendations on what to do and where to eat.

One guy named Nam helped us with everything and always catched up with us asking how everything went.

Tôi không thích điều gì

Cons:

Tôi là khách thân thiết đã đặt phòng tại nhiều khách sạn qua booking nhưng chưa bao giờ nhận được sự đối sử tệ bac như khách sạn này. Tôi đặt phòng tại đây vào ngày 30 tháng 2 và ở đêm 1 tháng 3 , tôi đặt phòng một giường với 3 lựa chọn được ghi rất rõ ràng rằng có hai lựa chọn là phải trả tiền trước khi đến khách sạn tức là bị cà thẻ ngay khi đặt , còn tôi chọn phương án đắt tiền hơn nhưng sẽ được trả tiền khi đến khách sạn. Thật thất vọng vô cùng tôi vừa đặt phòng xong 3 phút đã bị cà tiền ngay lập tức khi còn 6 h nữa tôi mới mặt tại ks. Thật sự đây là một sừ gian dối lừa khách khi bầy ra tiêu chí rõ ràng , minh bạch nhưng lại làm ngược lại. Tôi còn thất vọng hơn nữa khi nhân viên phụ trách đặt phòng chối bỏ lỗi của mình , bảo chưa cà thẻ của tôi trong khi đó tôi có chứng cứ rõ ràng khách sạn đã cà tiền của tôi , đổi lỗi cho booking đã cà tiền của tôi và bảo tôi tự liên hệ với booking
Thực ra đây chỉ là một lỗi không lớn nhưng cách hành sử của khách sạn quá tệ và không chuyên nghiệp , tôi chỉ cần đã làm sai thì phải xin lỗi tôi không yêu cầu bất kể một sự đền bù nào. Nhất định tôi sẽ không bao giờ trở lại khách sạn và khuyên mọi người thận trọng khi đặt phòng tại đây
