Disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast is very good, and location near the beach is nice.

Cons:

When we entered the room it didn’t match the expectations at all…
First it is said the room is 30 square meters, well it’s probably less than 15, the room is very small and the river view they are selling is just a glimpse of it.
There was a strong smell of humidity on the sheets, towels and in the room.
The room isn’t really clean: a lot of hair in the bathroom, on the floor, sand and dust beneath the bed and in the corner, when I notified the reception and asked for a better cleaning they said yes of course, but they never did …
Also, at the pool, one afternoon, two persons, visibly intoxicated, put their own techno music, and the hotel staff did absolutely nothing
Also at the end of the stay, the staff was pressuring us to give them a 10, a guy even took my phone to give the grade himself, which I found not very respectful.
And finally, the hotel staff moved brutally our own bicycles without warning us … which I also find disrespectful

Pros:

Clean, spacious hotel with good breakfast.
Pros:

The layout of the hotel was interesting and it was clean and tidy. They had bikes available each time we wanted to use them and it was a 4km ride to An Bang Beach and a 4km ride into Hoi An town. It's near Cua Dai Beach (about 1km) and there are eateries in walking distance (recommend Hoco Cafe!) The breakfast had a wide selection of foods and eggs in the style you choose and the staff at breakfast kept it stocked.

Cons:

There wasn't a lot of shade at the pool and there weren't enough seats for the number of guests wanting to use it. The beds were hard and the noise carried a lot as the walls were very thin. We were woken up one night at 3:30am by noise next door to the hotel and the last night we were there a large group arrived after 10pm to check in and between the staff yelling back and forth and the group itself we were kept up with noise until after midnight. I even went out around 11pm to ask them to be quiet and it didn't help. The gym equipment was in poor condition so I had to do a makeshift workout with what was functioning (the bike handles were wobbly, the cable machine had broken pulleys, the stretching band was torn).

From the excellent manager Nam to all the staff down it was va very good stay in a very nice hotel

Très beau séjour de 4 jours pour profiter de Hué et de la plage ! Un vrai plaisir :)
Pros:

Nous avons adoré passer nos quatre nuits dans cet hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse, parfaitement propre et très calme, ce qui nous a permis de vraiment nous reposer. Le personnel s’est montré particulièrement accueillant, disponible et toujours prêt à rendre service, ce qui a grandement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour.

Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les services proposés par l’établissement : la mise à disposition de vélos, la possibilité de louer un scooter facilement, l’aide pour organiser des activités et excursions, ainsi que le service de blanchisserie, très pratique lors d’un séjour de plusieurs jours.

L’ensemble de ces prestations, combiné à l’ambiance chaleureuse de l’hôtel, en fait une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Cons:

I had multiple key card issues right from the beginning, when I first checked in it didn’t work. Someone fixed it but then in the middle of the night it came out, causing the electricity and thus air conditioning to turn off. Then the next day the card unit fell out of the wall completely. It broke into pieces on the floor. Then after that, the card stopped working on the lock outside. So I was always locked out until they gave me a physical key. So then I had the physical key to unlock the door and the faulty card for the electricity. When I raised concerns, I got 3 calls from reception to the room phone, one was at 7:30am which is a little unreasonable. I asked for a small discount for all these troubles but I was declined. I’m not happy with the customer service here. I would have appreciated some sort of compensation for how annoying those issues were for me, even small. Or to feel like they actually understood this was annoying being locked out and faulty power. I stayed at another hotel in Hoi An which was amazing , 0 issues
