Pros:

This hotel is clean and comfortable, making you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. The staff are always smiling, very polite, warm and friendly, making you feel right at home.
What made my stay even more pleasant was the complimentary coffee and tea in the hotel lobby, along with unlimited bottled mineral water for guests.
This hotel is definitely worth recommending! I would be happy to stay here again. 😊

Comfortable short stay in Kluang
Pros:

The room was comfortable and met all of our expectations. As hotel selections were quite limited in Kluang, I find this hotel to be among the top hotels in the area. The beds were comfortable, clean and we had a great stay here.

Friendly staffs, next to Kluang town.

Cons:

The bathroom tiles. It may be practical for anti slippery but not for standing long on it. Floor is wet all time.

Location, convenience and comfortable...perfect for our short stay
Pros:

The check-in was fast and the reception was very pleasant and helpful. Although it is a small hotel, it fully satisfied our needs with all the necessary amenities such as personal items provided (toothbrush, shower cap, bedroom slippers, coffee/tea, hairdryer, etc. There was no restaurant in the hotel but there were several within walking distance of the hotel. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting with family and we were a very short distance away from the Home.

Cons:

There was nothing that we did not like and we were happy with the hotel for the price we paid.
