Le petit déjeuner inclus est une arnaque.
Pros:

Le personnel est super sympa.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner très très décevant ( même le jus d'orange n'était pas frais).
Lit non confortable.
Pas de placard.
Pas de smart tv (que des chaînes italiennes).

Location was ideal - far enough from the centre to give a good local experience, but close enough to the main attractions (20 minute walk). Lovely and quiet. Comfy, large bed (ahem)

Pros:

Schönes, modernes und gut ausgestattetes Hotel in einem ehemaligen Kloster im Quartier San Frediano, auf der anderen Seite des Arno (Oltrarno). Grosses Zimmer, sehr sauber, gutes Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl, sehr ruhig (ab und an hört man kurz Kirchenglocken), sehr gute Lage in Fusswegdistanz zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt.

Cons:

Licht im Bad / WC ist nicht zweckmässig zum Schminken (Beleuchtung fehlt).

Peaceful hotel close to the sites and trattoria
Pros:

It is a great location. The main sites are all within walking distance. The hotel is in the area of Florence that contains the authentic Florentine Trattoria. My favourite cookbook is Brutto and 3 of the restaurants recommended in it are 5 minutes walk from this hotel

Fuori dal centro super turistico ma comunque a pochi minuti da tutte i punti di interesse. Il personale davvero gentile e disponibile.

Un véritable hôtel de charme
Pros:

L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans l’Oltarno,quartier charmant préservé du tourisme excessif, à 20 minutes de marche du centre historique de Florence. La rénovation de cet ancien couvent est très réussie, avec un ameublement et une décoration modernes ,de bon goût,sobres,qui s’accordent bien avec l’architecture d’un ancien couvent. L’hôtel est calme entouré de jardins.La chambre est parfaitement équipée.De nombreux et excellents restaurants aux alentours (je recommande en ordre décroissant,Cuculia,Burro e Acciughe et le très animé Santo Bevitore)

Cons:

Deux petits bémols: l’éclairage du lavabo dans la salle de bain était très faible, d’où des difficultés de maquillage ; le coffre fort était situé au ras du sol…

Le personnel au complet réception , petit déjeuner et personnel de nettoyage … toujours souriant et efficace … efficient … un grand merci à chacun. petit déjeuner varié et toujours bien approvisionné… très bel endroit

Cons:

difficile de pratiquer le yoga dans la chambre …j’aurais dû demander une chambre plus grande 🤷‍♀️
