Great, I will be back
Pros:

So nice to be on the other side of the river, away from the over-priced and overly busy tourist centre. Hotel perfectly good, easy walk to all the action, great breakfast, super friendly staff.

Das einzig erholsame bei diesem City-Trip in Florenz war der Aufenthalt im Hotel Horto Convento.
Pros:

Das Horto Convento ist super gelegen. Etwas ausserhalb des touristischen Teils. Aber mit einem 10 minütigen Fussmarsch war man schon mitten drin. Die Restaurants in dieser Gegend waren eher von Einheimischen besucht und nicht so touristisch orientiert, was wir sehr angenehm empfanden. Wollte man den Touristenmassen entfliehen, so reichte ein kurzer Spaziergang Richtung Hotel und man hatte seine liebe Ruhe. Was uns sehr gefallen hatte, war die Ruhe im Hotel. Obwohl das Hotel mitten in der Stadt lag, hatte man im Hotel keinen Autolärm gehört, dafür morgens die Vögel von den Bäumen zwitschern. Nach einem stressigen Tag unter den Million von Touristen, kam dann ein Drink im ruhigen Hotelgarten wie gelegen. Und sogar das Personal war völlig entspannt, super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was wir sehr geschätzt haben, war die Möglichkeit, das Auto innerhalb den Hotelmauern sicher parkieren zu können. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Also, wir haben nichts gefunden, das nicht gepasst hat. Herzlichen Dank nochmals an das freundliche Hotelpersonal.

Lieu d’exception dans un quartier authentique
Pros:

Magnifique hôtel dans un quartier authentique.
Très bon petit déjeuner italien avec des croissants et gâteaux délicieux.
Situation géographique idéale si on est bon marcheur : balade très belle le long de l’Arno pour rejoindre tous les sites. Très beau jardin ensoleillé.

Pros:

I recently stayed at Horto Convento hotel for a few nights and I had a great experience. From the moment I check in , the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless and modern with the view to enclosed garden .Breakfast service was great. The locations was good a walking distance to the centre about 15-20min...Thanks for a lovely stay.

原本定于2月15日-18日入住该酒店，在13日当天，我们全家还在罗马，接到酒店的电话说是房间水管出了问题，和我们商量是否同意调换到同区的另一家也是修道院酒店，为了表示歉意，该酒店的房间给我们升级了，带有的spa可以全免费享受。我们欣然接受了，调换新的酒店位置稍微比霍尔多修道院要离核心景点区远一点，但胜于安静，而且有spa，入住的时候才发现，只有我们一间房间是带有阳台的，太棒了。

It was a good stay. We would go back.
Pros:

It is a beautiful facility, quiet and elegant. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. We liked the fact that it is in a quiet part of Florence, across the river from the thousands of tourists, like us, who make navigating the streets almost impossible.

Cons:

Our room was very hot and stuffy. We could not open the window and turning down the heat didn’t make much of a difference.

Lugar y ubicación preciosa, aunque mejorable!
Pros:

L a ubicación perfecta. El hotel es muy acogedor, con un desayuno muy bueno y personal amable.

Cons:

La olor que se siente al entrar en el hotel y también en los pasillos. Es olor como a cloaca. No entiendo el motivo pero a ratos es desagradable. Y deberían de mejorar también la insonorización entre habitacions. Se oye bastante a los clientes de al lado.

Excellent value for money in a great location
Pros:

It’s on the outskirts of Florence but still within easy reach of the city centre. It’s absolutely spotlessly clean and the staff are brilliant, especially Adam the barman!

Cons:

The pillows!!! Stay was only for 3 nights so manageable but that’s the one thing I’d recommend they review.
