Pros:

Bardzo dobre miejsce na pobyt we Florencji. Obsługa była niezwykle miła i pomocna, kontakt świetny, a właściwie każdą sprawę można było bez problemu ustalić na miejscu. Hotel jest również bardzo przyjazny dla osób podróżujących z psem. Wokół znajduje się sporo zieleni, co w przypadku pobytu blisko centrum Florencji jest naprawdę dużym atutem.

Pokoje są wygodne i dobrze wyposażone, a relacja jakości do ceny bardzo dobra. Śniadania były smaczne, różnorodne i zdecydowanie nie ograniczały się tylko do typowo włoskiego, słodkiego śniadania.

Dużym plusem jest również prywatny parking hotelowy. Jest dodatkowo płatny, ale jego cena jest rozsądna jak na Florencję, a przede wszystkim daje komfort posiadania gwarantowanego miejsca bez szukania parkingu w centrum.

Cons:

Jedyną drobną rzeczą, której brakowało nam w pokoju, był czajnik.

En general un hotel excelente, a un paso del centro sin las masificaciones del turismo ni ruido. Habitación silenciosa, amplia y muy cómoda. Antiguo convento completamente reformado con todos los servicios. El personal es excepcional. El desayuno con su terraza es maravilloso. Si vuelvo a Florencia, sin duda volveré a este hotel. He estado como en casa

Pros:

Heel mooi verzorgd hotel .
Het ontbijt was uitstekend . Heel vriendelijk personeel .
De kamers werden elke dag netjes opgeruimd en regelmatig werden de handdoeken en het beddengoed vervangen .

Un respiro en Florencia
Pros:

El personal extremadamente amable . Reservé solo una noche, me arrepiento, por qué ya no habíanas habitaciones para una noche más. No está tan céntrico pero el barrio es muy bonito y tener jardines y amplitud ayuda mucho comparado con muchos de los hoteles .Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero el desayuno y el hotel con tanto jardín y espacio compensan el tamaño .

Cons:

Talvez que no está muy cerca y es cansado regresar caminando principalmente si estás viendo el atercecer en la plaza Miguelangelo. Pero descansas perfecto camas limpias y cómodas . Y los cuartos pequeños . Es el 4 hotel en el que me hospedó en Florencia. Fue el más pequeño pero al único que volvería.

Loved our stay at Horto Convento, would highly recommend it.
Pros:

Such a beautiful property & hotel to stay at. Loved the breakfast, facilities, the decor and the general feel of Horto Convento. A great spot to stay in Florence, quiet and well located, close to river /bridges to walk into central Florence.
