Location and character
Room had no windows…..
excellent room and location
Small breakfast absolutely fine and adequate and £25 incl tea better value than £40 for the full monty in the restaurant.
A lift! As a couple with a gammy hip (him) and breathing problems (me) a lift would have been better than climbing four lots of stairs!
View from the dining room out to the sea
If your room is in the courtyard rooms you don’t feel part of the hotel because you have to walk outside and round to the front of the building which is not too good when it’s raining most of the time.
The room and bathroom has been upgraded to a high standard. Excellent shower, tasteful room, comfortable bed. Plenty of wardrobe space. Hotel was quiet at night.
Free parking was all taken on arrival, so used the hotel residents car park, which is £8/day extra. The price of the hotel was already high compared to the local competition of equal standard and included parking and breakfast. Breakfast was not a buffet, and everything was ordered off the menu and all individually priced. Sunday breakfast in hotels are always timed for a leisurely start for their guests. Here the breakfast finished an hour earlier than on the other days at 9:45, presumably to give more time to prepare for the lunch service. Not client focussed. The Classic room was small.
Really lovely

Very comfy bed and pillows. Excellent location for all facilities. And good views over the sea.
Room was beautiful, very modern, extremely clean, and well equipped. Our room was so quiet and peaceful.
The room was a bit pricey for a 3 star hotel especially as parking and breakfast were extra. Breakfast also had everything individually priced and you have to pay extra for toast and tea/coffee as they weren't included. If you had fruit juice, cereals and yoghurt they were individually priced so would have cost about £30 for a breakfast.
We have stayed here before and been a very pleasant stay.
Service was alittle slow
Great location close to beach, shops and restaurants. Our room was sea facing with spectacular sunsets.Secure private parking.
The room we booked was expensive and we were a bit disappointed that you would need to pay extra for a fridge.
Excellent premises with very good staff. I will return.
All great
