A wonderful hotel near everything!
Pros:

An excellent stay. We came here last minute after another hotel didn't honor our reservation. We loved staying here. The staff was excellent, laundry service was great, wifi worked well, and AC worked. The walk-in shower was nice too. We can't overstate how great the service was. The only thing that was a downside was that the AC sometimes went out, but it's Nigeria so this is to be expected. That said, it lasted much longer than at our previous hotel in Calabar. It is my only suggestion for the property; to work on consistent power. 10/10 would stay again!

Pros:

Fantastic Hotel. Although I'm not sure why they don't have a signage. Check in was fast, the room was spacious, clean and all the facilities worked perfectly. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel might actually be a scam
Pros:

Nothing worked here. The wifi didn't work at all. The restaurant was slow, had nothing in stock, no coffee. Rooms dilapidated. We stayed only a few hours between connecting flights, but would never come back, it was beyond poor.

IT WAS AMAZING!!!
Pros:

Stayed here for a few nights. The food was soo good. I never expected it to be that good. The portions served were soo big. The menu features a lot of dishes.

The rooms were clean and I was attended to anytime I looked for help.

Staff was helpful and full of joy.
Very reasonable price considering its located in the middle of Abuja.

I am definitely coming back

Awesome Experience
Pros:

This place was a blessing. I really didn't expect anything special because I wasn't paying much for the 4 nights I was there. But to my elated surprise, the hotel and the room were lovely. Cozy and clean furniture and set up. I loved it. The food was amazing, the staff were great. Its a small place, but its a gem.

Great Service
Pros:

I ate at the restaurant a couple of times. The food is amazing. From the pancakes for breakfast to a deliciously cooked meal (according to your taste) for lunch.

The rooms are very neat and the staff are always ready to help.

I truly recommend the restaurant. Food is worth every penny/kobo.

ATROCIOUS!! Avoid at all costs!
Pros:

Whatever you do, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I wish I had read a candid review ahead of my stay here so for the first time ever I am writing a review. I think if you travel often you become accustomed to certain things when it comes to accommodation. There will be differences in hotels but nothing so ridiculously inconvenient that you can't handle. We booked and paid this hotel online from the USA. When we got there they had no records of our booking let alone our payment. They demanded that we provide proof of payment before they checked us in. Our payment was non-refundable mind - so we couldn't just leave due to the ridiculous mismanagement. It took three days to sort it out with our agent because they insisted we pay at the hotel (even though the rooms were already paid for!). AND THE MANAGER BASICALLY HARASSED US EVERY TIME WE WOULD COME IN OR OUT OF THE HOTEL! The rooms as sub-standard to say the least! I actually found rat droppings in my bathroom! We paid for bead and breakfast - what does that afford you? Sachet coffee/tea and toast. Anything else you must pay for! Oh - on check out, we tried to pay for incidentals with our visa/mastercard cards...only they don't accept those! They only accept Naira (local currency) - something they chose not to tell us when we were checking in. Can you imagine checking out to go to the airport to catch your flight only to be told they can't accept payment from your card and you must somehow find Naira to pay? And they can't even advise on the nearest ATM to find Naira! They just told us to go to the bank to exchange our dollars for Naira - and would f course not allow us to leave without settling payment! So we missed our flight. A horrid little "hotel". Avoid at all costs.
