Pros:

The staff are very friendly and courteous. I was on the 8th Floor but tge shower experience was not great! The pressure was too low and the water was cold throughout the day! Need to improve that.

Very good hotel
Pros:

The front desk guy at check-in was wonderful. The staff helped pack our breakfast on the days we went on safari. On the days we had breakfast at the buffet, it was excellent. The location is great. The staff always responded to everything. Dinner at the hotel was fine, and the rooftop is very nice with a happy hour every day.

Excellent Service and Staff
Pros:

Excellent hotel. We had a small issue with a restaurant experience and the staff went way out of their way to make it right - which they absolutely did. We are very grateful for service professionals such as these.

Food was excellent, rooftop bar was fun, great gym, and incredibly friendly staff - from the security team at the front gate, to reception, to the housekeepers and waitstaff on the roof - thank you to them for all their amazing kindness!

We will be back!

Excellent staff, excellent price.
Pros:

This is a great choice for backpackers and folks doing a brief stay over in Nairobi. I can’t stress enough how excellent the staff is and we really enjoyed the bar and restaurant. Again, excellent staff and really tasty food!

The only issue for us was that there wasn’t air-conditioning and a rather weak fan but as long as you ask to stay on the side where the sun rises as opposed to where it sets, the rooms are nice and cool in the evening.

For the price, this is an excellent option in Nairobi.
