The location is terrific for travel via PVR. The rooms are small but comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Elevator not working.
The breakfast was fine, staff was friendly
We only stayed for one night, and the experience was disappointing. As soon as we entered the room, we found a cockroach. The Wi-Fi was impossible to connect to till next morning, and the TV did not work. The refrigerator was loud, making it difficult for my husband to sleep. Next morning, the water was not cold, but barely lukewarm, and the shower area had mold.
It has gotten expensive from 2025 with no upgrades elevator not working no hot water only plus was it's close to Puerto Vallarta Airport
Proximity to the airport was good.
Elevators not working, no offer to assist with luggage (I'm a senior, and 2 young, healthy looking people at check in). At check out, a tiny house keeper gal saw me struggling w my luggage and offered to help).
Room did not have any windows to the outside (they face a dark hallway).
Room was VERY NOISY w vehicle noises from the exterior (we were not facing the highway, seemed to be from below the room).
Bathroom was tiny and not very clean, the shower had signs of mold and cracked tiles.
On the upside, the breakfast in the morning was true Mexican style and was delicious. Good staff in the breakfast room. They had excellent coffee.
The location was perfect for us when we flew into Puerto Vallarta and had a bus to catch the next morning. its about halfway between those places. The breakfast was very nice. Lots of choices! It's right on a busy road, but we couldn't hear much and had a peaceful night
The price was reasonable and the breakfast was delicious.
