It was fantastic , great food, wonderful local shopping , easy bike rental to ride on the wall

the location was quiet on side street that quickly popped out to the piazza , so you gr both quiet when at the hotel and lively quickly !

Cons:

There was no elevator to get to my room, which was already a major inconvenience. The room itself was extremely small, and I could barely sleep because I woke up to every little noise. I could hear my neighbors' conversations, and every time they opened or closed their door, the noise was clearly audible in my room.

The worst part was in the morning when the cleaning staff started working. I could hear everything, which was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, there was a rat inside the wall that I could hear moving around all night, making it impossible to get any proper rest.

I went downstairs to complain to the reception desk, but the staff member I spoke to was very aggressive and dismissive. He told me that it was not his problem and offered no assistance whatsoever.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The lack of soundproofing, poor room conditions, pest issue, and unprofessional customer service made my stay extremely unpleasant.

Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt, das Personal ist sehr nett. Unser Zimmer war gemütlich und sehr geräumig. Die Stadt ist problemlos zu Fuss erkundbar.

zeitweise etwas lärmig, da in der Nähe von einem beliebten Platz. Kein Parkplatz

Schönes kleines Hotel mitten im Zentrum von Lucca, hübsche Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Freundlicher Vermieter. Überdachtes Parkhaus in 7 minuten erreichbar. Gute Restaurants und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten ganz nah.

Comfortable and classy boutique hotel in the middle of Lucca
Pros:

Wonderful, centrally located, comfortable boutique hotel. Great jazz playing in the lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, decent bathroom and shower, many good restaurants and cafes nearby.

Cons:

Getting to/from the train station was a little more work than I'd hoped. Pulling luggage across stone and cobblestone streets was a little challenging.

O quarto era muito pequeno, quase não dava para abrir as malas. A cama não era muito plana, o colchão deformava um pouco. Mas não atrapalhou o sono. O ar condicionado, achei difícil ligar, sorte que à noite caía a temperatura lá fora...
