Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is modern and stylish while still keeping a lovely Italian touch. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the room was beautiful and very comfortable.

The shower deserves a special mention—it was amazing and so powerful! The air conditioning was also a 10/10 as it was 38 degrees outside which made the room even more comfortable.

The location was perfect and very central in Lucca. As I was travelling solo, I really appreciated being able to easily and safely walk around and explore the city. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would happily come back!

Such a lovely and warm welcome at a gorgeous little hotel right in the middle of Lucca. We were very kindly upgraded for free and had a lovely night’s stay. Clean, comfortable, stylish room with everything we needed, in a perfect central location just 10-15 minutes walk from the train station. Highly recommend.

Pros:

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the best part of the city. The property looked really well looked after inside and had obviously been modernised. You had more or less everything you needed, including a small fridge.

Cons:

The bed was far too firm, which for some people might be ideal, but it felt on the very firm side to us having stayed in a lot of hotels. The shower cubicle was a little cramped.
