Great place in a great location
Pros:

Big room. Very comfy. Spotless. Great shower. Ability to leave luggage for a few hours. Very helpful with car permit to allow is drop off bags before parking.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Ausstattung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Wir wurden sehr freundliche willkommen geheißen.
Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum der Altstadt.
Lucca ist wunderschön und absolut sehenswert.
Sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation über WhatsApp.
Absolute Weiterempfehlung des Hotels

Cons:

Es ist schon ein kleiner Fußweg vom nächstgelegenen Parkplatz.
Die Hotel Rezeption ist nur für ein paar Stunden am Nachmittag besetzt.

Very tidy hotel in a great position within the city walls just off a main spot. Very easy check in and keyless entry to hotel and room, so no searching for keys. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Friendly staff. Excellent location. Very clean. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Bathroom was very small. No soundproofing on hotel room door, we could hear everything in the corridor.
Wardrobe space might be limited for longer stays, but perfect for just one or two nights.
No view of anything from bedroom window.

Camera spaziosa, arredi nuovi, pulizia impeccabile e posizione eccellente. Ho soggiornato in tanti hotel 4 stelle nemmeno avvicinabili allo standard di questo che ha solo 3 stelle

Cons:

Mi è stata assegnata una stanza ( molto piccola in verità),che non dava sul cortile interno (come in descrizione), ma sull’intercapedine fra il palazzo e quello attiguo. Fra la mia finestra e il muro di fronte c’era al massimo un metro. Di fatto la stanza non prende MAI aria o luce ed è totalmente al buio, bisogna tenere la luce accesa anche durante il giorno. In reception c’è un addetto solo per poche ore al giorno, non me ne intendo ma non mi sembra lo standard per un 3 stelle, forse per un B&B (anche se ne ho visti presidiati tutto il giorno)Peccato, l’hotel sembra carino, decisamente molto pulito e la posizione è ottima, ma non ci ritornerò.
