Pros:

The location was really good, short way to train station, lots of restaurant and grocery store

Cons:

The door to the hall was not that soundproof, noise from the hall when people got in/out woke us up multiple times.

Stylish hotel and great peaceful location. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

This is a gorgeous little hotel. Modern renovation with old style including working shutters on windows. Perfect location in a quiet side street just off centre of Lucca. Rooms are spotless.
Staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend and I am fussy!

Cons:

Bed a bit too hard but I’m probably too aware of that

Excellent location.
Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was basic but clean and everything worked. Excellent service from staff before we reached Lucca.

Has potential but not worth the money

Cons:

The facilities were clearly old and they’ve attempted to renew part of it. they probably gave us the worst room, close to the entrance stairs so anyone coming in or our out would go by - and could be very clearly heard. At 8 am in the morning cleaning ladies started making a racket and laughing so very hard to sleep a little on the weekend. In general very hard to sleep because of noises from something - maybe air conditioning? We turned ours off as otherwise we would have had cold air in our faces all night. The reception is only open for a very specific time frame, luckily you can manage to check in digitally by sending in your ID. The next day also there were only cleaning ladies there until 1 pm. The issue for us nonetheless was really the fact that the place didn’t seem clean - after the cleaning lady left our room smelt of onions (for hours and hours), and we were given a blood stained towel (i don’t want to imagine how badly the laundry of Sheets and towels is done).
