Kiara Beach Hotel

Rooms are filthy with broken furniture, mould on the walls, and dirty bedding. It's not beachfront, and the sea view is only from a certain corner of the roof. On top of this, most of the amenities listed are unavailable, and when we called the owner he was rude and aggressive.

I have booked a double room with double bed, but when I checked in hotel gave me tiny single room with single bed with toilet 3ft X 3ft with no light. After I complained to the manager I booked double room, they provided a double room with double bed. Don't trust the photos provided on website, as you can see there is no front building or reception photos in ther website.
Taxi cannot take you near the hotel, you need to take your luggages through 250m of dirt track. But the hotel location is near the beach, Friendly staff but very lazy, they will serve you basic breakfast between 9:30 – 10:00am. In room service is non existent. I strongly advice, this is not a 3 star hotel more like a 2 star.

The location is perfect. Two minutes from the beach and the cool elephant art cafe. The staff were very helpful, especially staff. We will miss this place. Rooms are also very neat and clean. They use white linen, so its perfect for us

This is not a hotel but a bunch of thieves who will give you a nightmare. Will ask money for everything and make your trip a hell.

One of the worst stays during the vacation. Untidy rooms, AC wont work properly, rude staff, no housekeeping even after multiple requests! Had no electricity for tha last day of stay

Ei vastannut ebookersin kuvausta. Katolta otettu kuva on todella vanha. Siellä ei oikeasti ole mitään! Paikka oli vaikea löytää. Kaukana tiestä ja kaukana merestä. Aamiainen oli pieni munakas, 2 paahtoleivän siivua, hillonappi ja pieni kuppi kahvia, joka ei edes maistunut kahvilta.

The contact details of the hotel guys was not uploaded on Expedia
Expedia site stated we will have breakfast complimentary with booking which was not provided by the hotel staff
The rooms were dirty and when we had a bath the bathroom was clogged with water
To turn around time for issues highlighted to staff was pathetic and their response to these issues was all the more unprofessional

Location from the beach is good, Room at the price is best, with air-con.
Pros:
Location from beach.
Breakfast included.
Room has, T.V. Air-con, Towel.
Hot shower.
Wi-Fi.
It has all basic amenities, Value for money.

Cons:
Ground floor rooms(room #5) are not much airy so you feel bit suffocated sometimes.
Rest all is good.
Defiantly recommended.

The property is very close to the beach. Decent rooms.

There is a multipal issuse,
Basic things are missing, no hot water in room,
( on reception one of the person told us that hot water comes only when there is Sun light, We check in to hotel its evening time),
A.c. not cooling properly, ceiling fan not not working properly, room no internal calling system, we call on mobile they number busy, aksed them they says we have to attend others call also , it means there is no values of the custmor,
Our breakfast is in package, I went to place order for BF they took order and they wents off from hotel, We wait till 10.45am no one came back ,
Then we asked one lady come for cleaning she told us that no one is there,
Also they took extra money above the rate what they offer us before

it is not a 3* hotel by any standards. it is basically a hostel with a private room and a shower.
I had to beg for a towel, toilet paper and breakfast. there is no one on the property.
it is disgusting. the bed sheets had blood stains, the toiled was never cleaned.
horrific experience all together.
the WiFi is unusable, so forget it is even there.
"cooked to order breakfast" - you don't get to order it. you are lucky if you get anything at all after 1.5 hours of waiting. the 3rd day I didn't get anything at all. The guy who looks after the place is so lazy. he is constantly on a phone and doesn't want to do anything or help.
