Staif was incredible room was very subpar
Pros:

The staff were incredibly nice and so friendly

Cons:

The room and bathroom, especially were incredibly small. And there were not toiletries at all provided, including no washcloths.

Clean Spacious Room, Friendlt Staff, Great Location, Tasty Breakfast
Pros:

Staff are super friendly, Room is spacious and clean (we stayed at the one for 5 people), Breakfast is super delicious, location is great (walkable distance to Interlaken West Station), and quiet at night. Love they let us store the luggage prior to room is ready for check in. There are no elevator, so I recommend brining carry on or smaller size luggage. They did provide multiple fans for the rooms, and if you keep the window open at night, the breeze is comfortable in September. Wish we have the room facing the lake in the front (the smaller room do face the front), but the room is spacious and we still fully enjoy the stay!

房间实在是太小了 大行李确实有点挤 即使第一天入住也没有水提供

Tres bel hotel bien situé

Tout etait propre et agréable. Super bien situé choisir toutefois l option vue sinon la chambre est triste et sombre

J ai loué 2 chambre pour 4. Une chambre vue. Vraiment jolie avec luminosité
La chambre classique sans vue donne sur un mur au nord. Tres triste . Et meme si le soin donné au ménage et déco et le meme cette chambre n avait aucun charme . L'expérience n'est absolument pas la même selon le choix de chambre.

I loved my stay at the Aarburg Hotel. The breakfast was wonderful with a great selection of fresh food, and the coffee was fantastic every morning. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every employee was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Their warmth and hospitality made my stay truly memorable.

Pros:

We had a beautiful stay at the aarburg hotel. The location was fantastic and had the most beautiful views from our room. The staff were so lovely and accommodating and the rooms were clean and comfortable . We will definitely come back and stay again.

Was a great trip to Interlaken!
Pros:

We loved the breakfast and coffee!! Excellent cappuccino! The view from the upstairs window was great also! Great location to wander town and swim in the freezing river! Pleasant staff also!

Highly recommended even with the very small room. The view is amazing.
Pros:

Small room but the balcony made up for this. We also had an additional luggage storage room. Staff were great as was the breakfast. The view is amazing
