Gute lage, lautes zimmer gegen die strasse, nettes personal
Cons:

Frühstück für hotelgäste könnte noch ein bisschen reichhaltiger sein, wenn man so auf die a la carte frühstückskarte schaut….☺️

Really loved the place and would recommend.
Pros:

Loved the location, the breakfast/beverages, the view from the terrace where we ate was so lovely. Service was excellent. Appreciated the guest lounge as a place to spend time before retreating to our room. Everything was well kept and clean.

Cons:

Towels and mattress could have been a little better. Our shower head was very low necessitating it be used as a hand held which I didn’t prefer.

Warmly welcomed and served up to point!
Less crowded area but not least a place to go!
I really recommend!
Best view, warm feeli‘n location, very friendly, food and drinks are excellent!

Perfekte Unterkunft für Tagesausflüge
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit breiter Auswahl und alles im Preis inbegriffen. Super Lage für Ausflüge, Verkehrsanbindung und Restaurants in der Nähe. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Bett etwas hart und Zimmer etwas hellhörig. War aber kein wirkliches Problem.

Pros:

El hotel es hermoso y la ubicación es muy buena, a 10 minutos caminando de la estación Interlaken West. Tiene una vista hermosa al río. La habitación familiar cumplió con mis expectativas, la atención del personal fue muy buena y la calidad de los alimentos también. Me gusto que la reservación incluye el desayuno.

An amazing place to stay with perfect mountain views at breakfast.
Pros:

The scrambled eggs were amazing!!
Breakfast was plentiful. Staff were super friendly and perfect translation into English.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have tea and coffee in the room, but was available in the lounge.
