A perfect place to relax and rest in Interlaken with extremely friendly staff
Pros:

The Aarburg was exceptional and in the perfect location. We had a view of the river and mountains and it was gorgeous. The property was clean and provided us with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The staff was accommodating and kind and we would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Interlaken!The breakfast was so convenient and my son said it was the best eggs he’s ever had :)

Cons:

It is typical but there is no AC, but that was advertised and well known. There were fans provided for every bed and that was great! No stairs but Tim was so helpful in assisting to get our bags up.

Great lunch
Pros:

Best meal so far in Switzerland. Came highly recommended from a local guide.Waiter very accommodating in creating space for all of us.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Amazing view! Comfortable room and modern bathroom. Private parking was terrific. The staff are lovely. Very warm and welcoming. Great food and breakfast! Loved the falafel wrap! Excellent coffee! Thank you

뷰&위치 굿, 시설은 쏘쏘, 조식은 흠...
Pros:

조식은 생각보다 먹을게 많이 없어서 사실 호불호가 조금 있는 영역입니다만, 개인적으로는 기대 이하였습니다.
한국인에게는 조금 부족했어요~
숙소 위치는 너무나도 좋았어요!! 다만, 개인 일정에 따라 이곳은 조금 힘든곳일수도 있어요~

Cons:

일정이 다 끝나지 않았는데 쪽문에 비밀번호가 변경되어 있었습니다. 몇번을 눌러도 되지 않더라구요~
한참을 못들어가고 있을때 마침 같은 숙소에 묵는 다른 여행객이 문을 열어주었고 비밀번호도 공유해줘서
일정끝날때까지 이용할 수 있었습니다.

직원의 실수가 있었던것 같은데 이점은 좀 아쉬웠어요

Great location, staff and breakfast, a bit overpriced for quality though
Pros:

Great location, lovely friendly staff and a very pleasant breakfast

Cons:

No air conditioning, just an electric fan, which in 30+ degree heat made it pretty unbearable. Paid extra for Mountain View but had to keep the shutters closed a lot of the time. Bathroom pretty tiny, a bit like being on an aircraft. Very basic room, a bit more like a hostel than a hotel

Was a super friendly place with a warm welcome
Pros:

Breakfast quite limited, the menu for others paying was extensive however its scrambled eggs, quinoa etc which is not to everyone’s taste

Cons:

The room was very small with a narrow stair for getting cases up to rooms as no lift. Rooms very hot with a very small fan to try and cool it down. Cables on bedside cabinet were frayed and bare, if bedside light switched on it switched off the other things plugged in so found this quite dangerous

Quite simply - This place is amazing

We were fortunate enough to stay at this beautiful quaint hotel nestled on the banks of the Aare River for two nights in June. From the moment we arrived the staff and management (Kat & Tim) were simply fantastic, and showed us to our family room on Level 2. The family apartment actually consisted on two rooms within the same apartment which meant the kids could sleep separately from us. The rooms were absolutely spotless and warm with plenty of light and we were able to open windows to allow fresh air inside. Bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The locality is also stunning in a very nice part of town, and handy to a number of restaurants. Within this hotel there is also a top notch cafe which does guest breakfast or full a-la-carte if preferred. The hotel has a nice range of beers and wine, and a quality lunch as well. Nice to see some fellow Australians working here as well. We had been travelling for 4 weeks to this point, and this place ranked as one of our favorites. If I ever get back to Interlaken this would be my first place to visit again.

O hotel que deveria ser classificado como um hostel, se localiza num prédio/casa estilo germânico, muito antigo, e sem estrutura nenhuma. Apertado, teto baixo, café da manhã muito fraco. Não tem ar condicionado, tivemos que dormir num calor insuportável com as janelas abertas e ventilador com um barulho na rua que foi a madrugada toda. Pra piorar é colado com um igreja e os badalos do sino de meia em meia hora dentro do quarto. Pagamos por três noite mas só dormimos uma. Mudamos para outro hotel o Krebs a 300mts. Pagamos a mesma coisa e tivemos uma experiência muito superior !!!

Boutique hotel, decent for a short stay.
Pros:

The location was centrally located in the city, however, both Interlaken OST & West Station were at a walking distance of15mins+. With small kids, it took us longer.

The room was clean, spacious to accommodate a group of 3 adults and 2 kids.

Cons:

The view from the 2nd room with 3 individual beds was very disappointing and did not match with what we saw online. We had a view of some construction site which was not pleasing. Also, considering that we paid a premium price for the room, the team should have been transparent with us.
