Excellent location, spacious rooms and GREAT COFFEE
Pros:

Location was great, with a beautiful outlook (despite being quite cloudy when we were there). The room was perfect for our family of 5 and we were extremely happy with the breakfast and GREAT fresh coffee each morning. We were also pleasantly surprised to find out Tim (I hope I remembered his name correctly) was a fellow Aussie and was lovely to hear his story and for him to provide us with travel tips whilst we were there. We had a car and parking nearby was really easy. I would definitely recommend this to others without hesitation!

Magnifique. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.
Pros:

Hotel très bien placé, à 5 min de la gare Interlaken West. Vue magnifique depuis l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était superbe. L’accueil était vraiment sympathique. Personnel très sympa. Les chambres assez grandes, et salle de bain très propre.

Cons:

Le seul inconvénient était la propreté (poussière dans la chambre). Le nettoyage du sol n’était pas quotidien. Pas de changement de linge, ni de serviette au quotidien, ce qui était dommage.

Cons:

Frühstück für hotelgäste könnte noch ein bisschen reichhaltiger sein, wenn man so auf die a la carte frühstückskarte schaut….☺️

Really loved the place and would recommend.
Pros:

Loved the location, the breakfast/beverages, the view from the terrace where we ate was so lovely. Service was excellent. Appreciated the guest lounge as a place to spend time before retreating to our room. Everything was well kept and clean.

Cons:

Towels and mattress could have been a little better. Our shower head was very low necessitating it be used as a hand held which I didn’t prefer.

Warmly welcomed and served up to point!
Less crowded area but not least a place to go!
I really recommend!

Perfekte Unterkunft für Tagesausflüge
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit breiter Auswahl und alles im Preis inbegriffen. Super Lage für Ausflüge, Verkehrsanbindung und Restaurants in der Nähe. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Bett etwas hart und Zimmer etwas hellhörig. War aber kein wirkliches Problem.
