La peor experiencia en un alojamiento

Por temas ajenos a nosotros llegamos más tarde, y no quisieron abrirnos ni darnos acceso a nuestra habitación. Estuvimos intentando contactar con ellos durante más de una hora y cuando conseguimos hablar con un señor, su respuesta fue que no era su problema y que nos apañaremos nosotros, ademas de ser super borde y diciéndonos que le daba igual que no tuviéramos donde dormir. Podría haber sido mucho más comprensivo y sobretodo empatico...

Nos dejó en la calle tiradas sin tener donde ir, quedándose el dinero y la habitación para el.

Cuando tienes un negocio en el que tienes huéspedes, debes tratarlos con respeto, educación y ayudarles en lo que necesiten. Sin duda la peor experiencia con un alojamiento y espero que nadie cometa el error de alojarse aquí.

Sitio tranquilo y relajador, en el Puerto de Santa Maria, lo mejor es dormir en Casa del Regidor
Pros:

El trato de la propiedad y empleados muy cercanos y muchísima amabilidad, la ubicación con respecto al centro y su accesibilidad es muy buena, la tranquilidad en el momento del descanso es fenomenal y mucha limpieza en todo el edificio y habitación.

Cons:

En el baño sobra el bider y la bañera... Un buen plato de duchas da más comodidad y espacio y sobre todo para las personas con movilidad reducida y discapacidad y el piloto de la luz de emergencia de dentro de la habitación alumbra demaciado una vez que se apaga la luz de la habitación, llega a ser muy molesta para las personas que nos gusta dormir a oscuras.
