Over priced and under supplied
Pros:

The location

Cons:

No hairdryer, no iron, curtain was faulty, missing light bulb in desk lamp. No coffee machine, no restaurant, no enough refreshments and the refreshments and toiletries were not replaced over night. It was way over priced and I will be seeking a partial refund.

Don’t stay here
Pros:

The air conditioning worked well

Great accommodation if atttending Wimbledon, would stay again
Pros:

I booked because we attended Wimbledon and the bus stop is across the road and the bus takes you right outside the tennis grounds.

Cons:

It would be great if there was a cafe for breakfast

La chambre était on ne peut plus propre.

Cons:

L'hôtel était situé entre un hôpital et un cimetière. Tout était minimaliste, y compris la taille de la chambre. La climatisation allait beaucoup trop fort également.

Ok for what we were looking for
Pros:

Location … close to Wimbledon

Cons:

Room wasn’t serviced for 3 days. Had to ask for hair dryer, extra tea bags and milk. No breakfast facilities available and informed at booking there were lots of eating places around the area … this wasn’t the case.

we stayed 2 nights to go to wimbledon followed by a trip to Kew gardens. all in all very nice stay.
Pros:

crisp sheets comfortable bed , room a bit small but all good. TV was good. we used the hotel for wimbledon and got the 493 bus into wimbledon village which was every 20 mins or so. perfect. Staff on reception were very nice and polite. air con was spot on.

Cons:

the wimdows were a bit poor in maintenance and the kettle was a bit small but understandable. plus the the hairdryer blew while i was using it , but electric flash. i took it back to reception ,

If you need a hotel near to St Georges hospital, this is the place to stay. That's why we stayed.
Pros:

I booked this hotel due to its location. My father had to be at the hospital early and it was a 2 minute walk. The rooms we had were basic but okay. The reception staff were welcoming and drinks and snacks were available at all times.

Cons:

The rooms had limited supplies such as no glasses for water. In my room, one of the bedside lamps did not work. It was not as spacious as expected, there was little room to put anything. It only had very basic facilities i.e. a kettle and cups and four coathangers. I would have expected a bit more for the price. The pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable. A restaurant for breakfast or dinner would be nice as there are limited options within walking distance.
