Ubicación inmejorable, desayuno regular, es a partir de las 10 que es un poco tarde y no hay nada abierto por los alrededores para desayunar, vistas perfectas

La ubicación es muy buena, el personal es atento.

Cons:

Aunque la habitación es digna y limpia ni ésta ni los servicios corresponden con un hotel de cuatro estrellas. En su momento tuvo que ser un muy buen hotel pero falta actualizarlo y disponer de servicios, especialmente un servicio de desayuno.

Inmejorable ubicación en el mar , pero al lado del puerto viejo para cenar y tárdear, y a 17 min de.

FUIMOS CON CARROS DE BEBE, Y PARA COGER EL ASCENSOR TIENES QUE ACCEDER DESDE EL RESTAURANTE, EL PASILLO ESTA MUY SUCIO, NO LO LIMPIAN DESDE HACE DIAS, DESCUIDADO, NO ME PARECIO COMODO EL ACCESO.

Goed startpunt voor onze bezoeken in de regio
Pros:

Het hotel ligt pal aan het strand en is ook een prima uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Bilbao

Cons:

Het hotel heeft achterstallig onderhoud en het is hier en daar niet schoon. De schakelaars op de kamer zat los. Er had iemand in de toegangshal naar het restaurant tegen de muur gereden. Het stucwerk was losgekomen maar dat bleef gewoon al die dagen liggen. Ook de vloer en deuren daar waren niet schoon.

Lovely location, right on the beach, hotel was cleanish and comfortable, staff were hit and miss depending who you got,

Cons:

Que no se pudiera dejar el coche dentro del parking desde las 16.30 a las 18 horas por falta de personal en recepción.
No teníamos toallas de manos la primera noche.
Que no hubiera la posibilidad de desayunar en el hotel.
