Pros:

Pros:

The hotel itself is nice, the staff and concierge are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated right in the heart of Chaweng which is convenient as you can easily walk to the beach and restaurants however it is right in front of the loudest part of the strip; the music plays until around 4am and is extremely loud no matter which room you are in. The staff do let you know about this before choosing a room however the hotel description should acknowledge this to avoid issues after booking.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Really nice modern room. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The wifi is good. There is some noise from outside, but this mainly finishes by around 2am and then it's quiet. There's no pool, but hotel is close to the beach.

Pros:

We did an upgrade upon arrival as the room we had booked did not have a window. The hotel is located in ‘party central’, meaning loud music into the late evening and a bustling street full of restaurants and bars. The room upgrade was very nice and on the backside of the hotel but did cost 300 bht a night. Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful.
My second visit to Samui after a seven year absence and I/we found the island much too expensive and too busy and personally would not return

Great value for money but noisy
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean rooms with comfy bed and great breakfast. Only downfall is that it sounds like there is a band playing in the next door room till 1-2am every night.

In the Heart of Chaweng .
Pros:

Location is great--in the heart of Chaweng and walkable to pretty much everything. Not much of a lobby, but more a window at a garage as the entrance. I had the basic room, which was a bit tiny, but very clean and bed was very comfortable. I didn't realize my 'window' was actually a glass plane opening to the other side of the hallway, so a bit surprising. I didn't spend a lot of time in the room, so wasn't a big deal. Staff was very friendly and there was a nice flat screen in the room, as well as a safe deposit box. Pretty good value for the money compared to where I've stayed on previous trips. Would stay here again.

Noise area. Opposite the soi green mango
Pros:

Nice hotel and staff, but through no fault of theirs the noise from the palm restaurant across the road. OMG, it had a rock band 3 nights a weeks and i felt I was in that place even inside my hotel room. There noise was beyond loud. I like loud music but not blaring especially since they called themselves a restaurant. First night I didn't sleep due to the racket and also every 10 mins you have the promoters for the fight nights, that's every day from about 10am and all night blaring" tonight, tonight". I was ready to scream. Could not wait to leave. Even though we sent 5 nights and ear plugs don't do enough for the noise. Bands every night. There junior suite are very nice and very spacious but they on the road side. Won't be recommending them. Dorms are at the back. Not the most thought out set up. Again the staff were lovely but couldn't do anything to fix the music till 2am and then the rowdy crowd till 4am. If your not here to sleep during the day and party all night then this is not the place for you.

Do yourself a faved and stay away!!!
Pros:

Booked the room in the photo and was bitterly disappointed as the room was in the middle of the hallway and had great big windows but when you pulled the curtains back all you saw was the hallway in the other side. Bed was so hard and no English speaking to channels.
The noise is so loud coming from the street up the stairwell it was hard to sleep!
I went to have a shower and the switch broke off in my hand only to be told it was too expensive to be fixed quickly so I had to run around just to get my hair wet. Breakfast included started at 10am in the pub across the road and then they got the order wrong.
We booked for 2 nights but left after 1

Good hotel for partying at Chawang
Pros:

Very convenient hotel along a busy restaurant and shopping strip just a five minute walk from Chawang Beach. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Important to know: this is NOT a peaceful, quiet place, even during low season. We went in July and still needed ear plugs to sleep at night. If you're going to Samui to party and just need a place to crash, this place is perfect, but if you want a quiet, secluded getaway this is definitely not the right place.

Noisey
Pros:

The service was very friendly and helpful. The room clean. The neighborhood was very loud into the wee hours of the morning due to being across the street from Hardrock Cafe.....fine if you are there to party not so fine if you are there to sleep.
