Unprofessional and intrusive upselling – not up to Aloft standards
Pros:

Good first impression, clean rooms. Good Shaded Parking spots but ruined by unprofessionalism.

Cons:

I have stayed at Aloft hotels in other cities and always had a great experience, but this branch completely missed the mark due to a severe lack of staff professionalism and poor customer relations. During my stay (that was only for one night), I was subjected to repetitive, pushy phone calls to my room insisting that I buy the hotel breakfast. The tone felt desperate, almost like begging, and it completely ruined the privacy and comfort of my stay. A hotel room should be a place to relax, not a target for relentless upselling. I love the Aloft brand, but management at this specific property needs to retrain their staff on basic hospitality boundaries and guest respect. I will not be returning to this location.

Lift and room distance is too far. Disturbance from near by room. If they talk or laugh, we will hear clearly in our room. Took long time for the hotel to solve the wifi issue.
