Need team having honesty and integrity in this hotel

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel.

The room provided did not match the photos shown during booking, which was very disappointing. In addition, the breakfast quality and selection were below the expected standard.

I raised these concerns with the hotel, but despite several messages, I did not receive a clear solution or meaningful response. The hotel repeatedly requested phone calls instead of providing a written resolution.

I hope the hotel improves both its service and the accuracy of its room advertisements.

Great and highly recommended for your stay in Alain
Pros:

Best place (option) to stay in Alain. Clean, Comfy, great staff and service.
There is a restaurant and grocery and cafes either within the building or 5min walk. Staff is really helpful and friendly and respectful.

Cons:

Not really, but I will recommend you to ask the staff to locate your room near the elevator due to if you have been located far from elevator it will take a few minutes to get to the elevator or floor lobby.

Nearness to key areas, cleanliness and breakfast.

Cons:

The checkin process took like an hour as the reception guy handling checkin deliberately delayed the checkin saying the payment was not processed, however it was already processed while booking and we even offered to clear this payment while checking out if payment was not actually processed. Very bad experience.

We had a good stay
Pros:

The hotel looks new with excellent location close to the shopping mall.
The hotel rooms are clean and well maintained.
Good breakfast with variety of dishes to choose from.
Restaurant staff very friendly.

Cons:

Toilet amenities are provided upon request only which is something unusual for most hotels.
It was a bit too noisy throughout the night from the World Cup football match televised from the hotel rooftop
The hotel reception did not provide info on hotel facilities
