Pros:

Nähe zum Meer und Bahnhof (hört man aber nicht) sind super, Achtung: Hotel befindet sich in einer der Haupteinkaufs- und Bummelstraßen, sehr viele Touristen!,
gutes und vielseitiges Frühstück inkl. Sekt, sonntags sogar mit Live-Klavierspiel, nettes Personal

Cons:

sehr kleines Zimmer und kleines Bad,
hellhörig, man hört was Nachbarn sagen und machen, kein Verdunklungsrollo, Vorhänge nicht komplett lichtdicht (Schlafmaske wird daher empfohlen),
Ventilatoren, trotz Hitze, nur gegen Gebühr (4 Euro pro Tag), Bad schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Waschbeckenabfluss fließt nicht richtig ab, Duschkopf spritzt in alle Richtungen),
Hotel hat Papagei, der im hinteren Bereich des Hotels wohnt, da die Zimmer nach hinten rausgehen, sollte man das wissen, wenn man geräuschempfindlich ist (Pfeifen, Töne etc.),
kein Mülleimer im Zimmer, nur kleiner Kosmetikeimer im Bad, man muss Müll sammeln und anderweitig entsorgen,
Sitzplatzgegebenheiten beim Frühstück etwas gewöhnungdbedürftig, Platz wird einem zugewiesen und man sitzt, wenn man zu zweit reist, sehr sehr eng beim nächsten Pärchen,
Live-Musik im Hotel gefühlt aller 2 Tage, hört man natürlich auch im Zimmer, sonntags bis ca. 23 Uhr trotz geschlossenem Fenster, Gepäckaufbewahrungsraum etwas entfernt von Rezeption und steht die ganze Zeit für alle offen! , da Rezeption während unseres Aufenthalts oft nicht besetzt war, kann jedermann unbemerkt in den Gepäckraum
