The location was ideal. Hence I booked.
The staff were very unfriendly.
There isn't any telephones in the room, yet the sign says dial 100 for room service.
I walked down to the reception only to be told that there is no room service available as the shop is closed, but they will make a plan to get me a bottle of water. I was told that the reception works with whatsapp and the number is on my card. I was not explained this upon my checking-in. I then waited 45mins for the water and still no delivery. I then whatapped the number and was then told that they will send it up in a few minutes.
Then the following morning, I sent a WhatsApp again asking for a bottle of water is I needed to take medication. I was then told that they do not offer this service as each room only gets 1 bottle of water upon check in. I then asked if this is not covered under room service and was turned down on my request. I also requested a hairdryer and was told that there is a deposit charge for this services and I need to come to reception my myself to collect the hairdryer.
Overall, the customer service made me feel like the establishment definitely does not live up to its motto which I read said "love all, serve all"
I paid for my accommodation in full and I expected a better experience. I was not given a free stay.
