Good location
Pros:

Hotel provide free airport transfer which is one of the reason we book this hotel. Location is good, walking distance to the beach. Free parking in front of hotel.

Cons:

The room that we stayed has very loud noise of water pump. Whenever someone use the toilet, the water pump will pump the water and it's very noisy.

Pros:

Le personnel est très sympa et réactif à mes messages. C'était notre première nuit après notre vol et nous voulions quelque chose de facile, et confortable pour se remettre sur pied.
Ils sont venus nous chercher gratuitement à l'aéroport, ce qui est un plus pour se faciliter la vie.

Die nähe zum Strand und zu vielen Restaurants. Für eine Nacht vor dem Rückflug/bei der Ankunft zu empfehlen.
Late checkout gegen Aufpreis möglich, wenn Zimmer nicht gebucht sind.

Cons:

Der Pool war dreckig und nicht zu benutzen, obwohl er 'gereinigt' wurde. Zudem kein Platz für Sonnenliegen und alles im Schatten. Lieber ans Meer gehen.
Neben den üblichen Geckos und Moskitos, leider auch Kakerlaken und Tausendfüßler im Zimmer.

Friendly peaceful accommodation.
Pros:

We loved Leighton Resort, particularly the location, which was in a quiet road, but very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The staff were all lovely, helpful and very friendly, which was appreciated at a difficult time due to flight cancellations. Although simple accommodation, it was very comfortable with a lovely breakfast.

Cons:

A fridge in the room would have been nice, but we were able to put things in the main fridge.

Excellant hotel
Pros:

They were excellent ,they were flexible and very understanding in regards to the flight cancellations. The location was perfect , up a quiet side road but only a 5 to 10 min stroll from the main shops bars resteraunts and the beach. The staff were all respectful and very helpful to a man/woman. Overall very good value for money and they included a lift to airport in the price

Хорошее место, чтобы отдохнуть после долгого перелета и начать знакомство со страной.
Pros:

Хороший гестхауз средней величины. Понравился персонал, всегда были внимательны и помогали в решении любых вопросов. Даже пожарили мне купленные на рынке креветки! Вкусные завтраки, красивый вид из окна на пальмовую рощу, куда иногда прилетали стайки попугаев. Рядом в шаговой доступности есть кафе, магазины, а через большой отель можно напрямую попасть на пляж (ну идти минут 5-10). От аэропорта минут 15 ехать, а еще представитель отеля встретил нас после рейса, за что ему большое спасибо!

Cons:

Бассейн желательно было бы освежить и получше почистить, но плавать можно! Комната тоже была несколько "уставшей", но в целом в нормальном состоянии.

Pros:

This place is close (5min walk) to a long and quiet beach, with some great local restaurants. The entrance to the beach can be through a nearby hotel. The breakfast was ok, typical for Sri Lanka, got a welcome drink also, which was nice. The room is spacious, with a balcony and a garden view. Bathroom was clean, with hot water shower.
