Très agréable
Pros:

Accueil très chaleureux. Un grand merci à la dame qui sert le petit déjeuner qui a été adorable avec nous☺️ Chambre spacieuse, propre avec une vue sur les travertins. Rapport qualité prix exceptionnel

Pros:

Está muy muy cerca de la entrada norte de pamukale, y del pueblo, puedes aparcar e ir andando y cenar muy muy cerquita . Tiene un personal muy muy amable y te ayudan en todo, el desayuno está genial!

Cons:

La conexión a internet que no iba muy bien, asi como la televisión.

Чистенько аккуратненько, молодцы, персонал очень дружелюбный и душевный. Исполняли все прихоти вовремя. Завтрак 🍳 отличный все было вкусно, Хусеийн повар на завтраке молодец, очень хорошо обслуживал всех. Очень приятно было чувствовать себя.

Excellent!! Loved this little gem :)
Pros:

A true little gem! Amazing location within minutes walk to the incredible white travertine’s. Check in was quick and friendly and same as check out. Wonderful breakfast in relaxed atmosphere. Everything at this property was perfect!!

Una gran decepción
Cons:

Nos alojamos a principios de abril. Cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación grande, bonita y con vistas a las “Pamukkale travertines”. Sobre las 22:00 se quedó atascada la cisterna y no era posible desengancharla, por lo que no iba el váter. Nos cambiaron a una habitación sin vistas y el internet wifi no funcionaba. Cuando reclamamos otra vez nos decía el hombre de recepción que no tenía más alternativas. Como no estábamos convencidos, al final nos dijo que probáramos el wifi en un par de habitaciones más que estaban vacías, pero esa red wifi no funcionaba en ninguna de esas habitaciones. Al final, con mala cara nos subió a la ultima planta a otra habitación mucho más pequeña y sin vistas. En principio funcionaba el wifi, pero en cuestión de media hora dejó de ir. A las doce de la noche cuando fuimos a utilizar el váter nos encontramos con la sorpresa de que la cisterna estaba desarmada y que tampoco funcionaba. A estas horas ya estábamos agotados después de mover 2 veces las maletas de habitaciones y que al día siguiente madrugábamos y teníamos que conducir todo el día y lo dejamos estar. Al día siguiente cuando hicimos el check-out el recepcionista solo hizo que ponernos excusas.

Las fotos son de tal cual estaba el baño en la última habitación que nos dieron.

En conclusión, lo que podría haber sido una estancia genial terminó siendo la peor que hemos tenido en años.

Would totally recommend! Amazing stay
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and attentive, they helped us with directions every time we needed. The room was beautiful and huge, everything was very clean and breakfast was also nice.

Cons:

Viewpoint in the name of the hotel can be a bit misleading.

Pros:

The property is well located to Hieropolis and the town of Pamukkale. Easy 5-10 min walk. The staff is exceptional! They were there to help, make suggestions and help out . They did this cheerfully and with a smile.

Cons:

The property is well worn and could definitely use some sprucing up.

Great place to stay!!
Pros:

My wife and I stayed here while travelling in Pamukkale. 2 nights. We stayed here based on the reviews. It is well priced and decently located. We were able to walk to one of the entrances to the Travertine Terrace's. There is a few decent restaurants close by, walking distance. Not lots of shopping or anything exciting. You stay here for the convenience of the sites close by. Very safe area. No issues there. The building and rooms are very clean. Bed is comfortable. Nice breakfast each morning made fresh. Not fancy but thoughtful. The staff here are excellent Gave us some suggestions for food when we arrived and they were good. Help arrange a shuttle back to the airport and it was a better price, not too mention more convenient, than i could arrange myself. Also available on Whatsapp to answer any question. Excellent service indeed. You cannot go wrong here for sure. ***IF YOU FOUND THIS REVIEW HELPFUL PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT AND INDICATE SO***

Perfecto
Pros:

Nos ha gustado mucho, para empezar la atención ha sido extraordinaria, la habitación es muy grande y las vistas de los globos al amanecer nos ha encantado y el desayuno es muy variado y muchisima cantidad. Ha sido una estancia perfecta.

Cons:

1. 宣传照片都能看到棉花堡，结果楼上区域都不让上去
2. 房间很冷，只有空调下面区域是热的，开了很久的空调都没用
3. 热水壶盖都是坏的，里面还有不知道哪个房客剩下来的水，可能压根都没打扫
4. 设施很旧
5. 早餐虽然多，但是巨难吃
6. 压根就没有图片上宣传的那么好，隔音也很差
