Pros:

The breakfast and the nice welcome

Cons:

The heavy transformation works going on around the hotel is a burden for the hotelier. We were literally cooking in the evening since the sun was directly shining on the window

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker und hatte eine tolle Auswahl. Das Zimmer mit Balkon und zum Park hin sehr schön. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, da man ruck zuck zu Fuß in der Altstadt ist sowie in der Therme.

Cons:

Leider fehlte eine Klimaanlage

Pros:

Absolut nettes Personal......trotz neuer Umleitung wurde uns in aller Ruhe ein Plan ausgedruckt....on topp ein kühles Erfrischungsgetränk. Besser geht es nicht, sofortige Gehaltserhöhung fordere ich!!!!

10 min walk to old town,functional stop over hotel. Good parking nice park next door. Breakfast good
Helpful staff.

Cons:

Bit dated could do with makeover but met our needs. Major road works just now in front of hotel but didn't disrupt sleep or stay. No aircon and our visit was during a heatwave

Um das ganze Hotel große Baustelle und auch im ganzen Ort fast alles geschlossen, viel Baulärm, Erholung und Entspannung unmöglich also hat mir nichts gefallen

Rund um gut gefallen.
Pros:

Die Lage zur Franken Therme ist klasse. Etwa 100m entfernt. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Betten und Matratze waren gut. Frühstück ebenfalls sehr gut und reichlich. Rund um zufrieden.

Cons:

Zur Zeit sind vor und neben dem Hotel Bauarbeiten zur Vorbereitung der Landesgartenschau.

Wir haben ein Upgrade auf das eigentlich gebuchte Zimmer bekommen..

Cons:

Das für Hunde so viel Geld genommen wurde ( 20€ pro Hund ) . Fand ich schon ein bisschen happig . Nur das die mit im Zimmer waren . Und ich hatte zwei Hunde.

Bis auf die Baustelle, war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Störend war die Baustelle nebenan, da bereits sehr früh das Arbeiten begonnen wurde.

Gute Lage, nettes Personal gutes Frühstück!
Pros:

Die Laga Vorbereitungen haben windsheim voll im Griff! Danke an die nette telefonische Navigation mit der Hotel Chefin sonst werden wir nie angekommen. zu Entschädigung gab’s sogar noch einen Drink. Vielen Dank

Cons:

Es war viel zu warm. Eine Klimaanlage. Wäre super gut gewesen. Vielleicht sehen wir uns ja zur Laga wieder!

Zwaar teleurgesteld - misleidt door Booking.com/ compensatie zou op zijn plaatst zijn!
Pros:

Het hotel was zoals voorgesteld op Booking.com. De kamer zag er schoon en verzorgd uit en het personeel was attent voor zo ver aanwezig!

Cons:

Ontbijt voldeed totaal niet aan de foto's zoals aanwezig op Booking.com. Met de hoge temperaturen niet verantwoord omdat niet alles terug gekoeld kon worden, daarnaast was het aanbod maar minimaal.

Op Booking.com staat ook NIET vermeld dat er voor langere tijd forse werkzaamheden zijn op de locatie waar het Parkhotel staat! Het is oa een hele opgave om bij het Parkhotel te geraken en als je er bent waan je je gelijk in een grote bouwput!

Als gevolg van deze langdurige bouw activiteiten om het Parkhotel is ook het horeca punt in het Parkhotel van Maandag tot en met Dinderdag gesloten!!

Ik weet het is een momentopname maar dit is een meerjaren project welke niet vermeld wordt!

Gutes Hotel für eine Zwischenübernachtung in einer interessanten Stadt.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels zur Therme, dem Kurpark und der Altstadt war optimal. Das Zimmer war sauber, der Empfang sehr freundlich und das Frühstück in angenehmer Atmosphäre war sehr gut und ausreichend. Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel war im Preis inbegriffen.

Cons:

Der insgesamt positive Eindruck wurde durch die Baustelle rund um das Hotel etwas getrübt. Ab 7.30 Uhr war der Bagger im Einsatz. Das kann man bei einer Übernachtung ertragen, aber wenn man eine Woche buchen möchte sollte man vorher informiert werden.

Goed maar te duur voor wat geoffreerd wordt.
Pros:

Locatie, (als klaar wordt- is overal renovaties in de omgeving, wel Schoone kamer en badkamer en vriendelijke personeel

Cons:

Geen airco (30graden binnenshuis) , ventilatie die niet bestaat denk ik ook,
honden prijs bijgerekend maar honden mag niet meezitten bij ontbijt op de vloer in zal, wij moet buiten eten, (gelukkig was mooie weer), geen honden kommetjes voor water, douchecabine nieuw maar niet logisch, water spettert buitendeur douche, geen douchewand die dat afsluit. Weinig Engelssprekende personeel maar wel vriendelijk natuurlijk . Simpel ontbijt die niet bijgevuld wordt (bepaald soort eten was gewoon op, en niemand heft dit bijgevuld) en op zelfde moment zitten ze aan te roken een tafel verderop. Geen interesse aan gasten, zo moet ik zeggen, misschien van “te kort aan Engels te spreken “.
