Need proper maintenance and improvement
Pros:

The condition of the facility is deteriorating. Defective aircon, bathroom towels are old and brownish in color, damage door knob and security lock not working.

Although cleanliness is maintained but I would recommend it will be improved and aircon is replaced or fix.

The bathroom was dirty, the air conditioner leaked all over the floor and made our luggage wet, had to call front desk every time to get into our room.
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was accessible to restaurants and the boulevard by the sea.
It was relatively clean.
The only downside was there was no elevator and our room was in the third floor but we got a good cardio exercise.
