All together we did not like the property. Even to reach the rooms you have to climb 80 stairs with luggage in hand.
Pros:

Property is old and requires maintenance. It does not justify the amount paid for booking the property. The roads leading to the property is one way, so if another car is coming from other side the incoming person has to go in reverse to give him way.

Cons:

Amenities provided are not upto the mark. The big shower head not at all working. Water pressure is too low. The toiletries provided are not sealed and no label on the bottles. Towels has faded away. Ac in the afternoon does not cool down. Very limited breakfast and lunch options.

La vue sur la mer est assez dépaysante , l’accès à la plage en 1/2 minute est géniale . Le personnel est adorable

Plein de fourmis dans notre chambre , ça reste la nature on le sait mais c’est tjrs ennuyant .

Great value for money
Pros:

The beach next to the hotel was very nice, and close, the food and drinks were amazing at the hotel restaurant and the hotel beach bar.
The location was great, as the staff, exceptionally helpful and nice, the owner as well would recommend 10/10.

Die Lage war gut und es war ruhig

Cons:

Leider haben die Leute hier denke ich eine andere Definition von Sauberkeit. Das Bad mit Dusche u Wc waren nicht sauber, ansonsten war das Zimmer ok, das Bett groß und gemütlich. Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis stimmte ganz u gar nicht. Aber die Standards hier sind einfach generell viel niedriger. Das Personal jedoch war sehr freundlich.

A beautiful little retreat
Pros:

Sangita was friendly and so organised at breakfast and did a great job with the housekeeping too. Georgette and her son were so welcoming and I often chatted with them when I returned from a day out. The room was very comfortable and clean and the view from the balcony was lovely. It would be a lovely place for a couple's retreat or honeymoon as the area is peaceful and set away. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

I was at fault booking such a beautiful but remote spot without considering the need of a hire car, so this is something I'd definitely recommend to those staying here for longer than 3 days to enable you to get some supplies and explore the island further.

Pros:

I had a lovely stay at this guest house! The views were absolutely amazing, with beautiful scenery of both the ocean and the mountains. The breakfast was really good, and I especially enjoyed the fresh fruits and the juice that was served. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here!

Pros:

La struttura ha una bella vista sul mare, la colazione è buona. Il servizio è buono il personale altrettanto.

Cons:

La posizione è scomoda la strada per arrivare è una sola , molto stretta e ripida con curve veramente impegnative, specialmente alla sera.
Il Bagno e’ vecchio e la pressione della doccia è scarsa, la camera andrebbe ristrutturata.

Als billiges Guesthouse wäre es ok, mit diesem Preis auf keinem Fall!!!

Kleine Struktur, ruhig gelegen, Personal freundlich

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch, der auch nach drei Tagen mit offenen Fenstern nicht verschwand. Die Teppiche waren schmutzig, Handtücher und Bettwäsche fleckig und teilweise löchrig. Aus dem Duschkopf kam nur ein kleiner Wasserstrahl, dass man kaum Duschen konnte. Für diesen Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet.

Auch der Zugang zum Zimmer mit Blick auf den Bereich unter dem Haus, wo Müll und Wäsche gelagert wurden, war wenig ansprechend. Insgesamt wirkt die Unterkunft eher wie ein einfaches Guesthouse als eine kleine “Villa mit Zimmern”.

Das Frühstück war akzeptabel, wobei die Säfte nicht unserem Geschmack entsprachen. Auch der Rest war bescheiden.

Eine Unterkunft in ruihger Lager mit äußerst nettem Personal!

Ruihge Lage mit eigenem Hausstrand.
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich!

Cons:

Es war leider kein Föhn enthalten, und die Teppiche/Überwurfdecken waren leider nicht Sauber.

Amazing place in front of a paradise beach!
Pros:

The hotel is in a remote part of Praslin island, very quite, with amazing beaches in front of the hotel. The staff is kind and available. We had a nice breakfast and dinner here. There is a small shop in the area, but no restaurant. Our room was great, well-equipped, with a nice sea view.

Cons:

You need a car to reach the place, either rented, a taxi or a shared transfer, because the location is far, and you can't get in the buses with the luggage.
